Paid 200 for a coat that doesn’t look like the picture, refuse to pay for the shipping cost and refund for the item the quality of the coat they send was pathetic and small, it’s cheap and not worth its price they mucking me around and trying not to rectify this fault

Terrible experience. Do not buy from them. They appear to be an Australian company, but if you need to return an item, they ask for it to be retuned to a Chinese address at your cost.

I ordered leather boots and got plastic boots in the wrong size. Have been unable to make contact with anyone, despite many emails to the “support “ address given, to arrange for the return of the goods, so will have to go through the process of disputing the payment with my credit card company to get my money back. Wish I had seen these reviews before I had placed my order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolute piece of rubbish clothing, not the advertised colour, NOT the same item advertised as was delivered, crap material, I looked for the label so I could see what this cheap crap material was, guess what? No label......why do you buy a long ' woollen' or wool blend coat? Because it's cold....not even lined.....just a total BS product from a BS company. Should be zero stars but I had to put 1 to be able to continue the review....better shop at Temu or Shein because their quality is likely much better

Frustrating. Advertised as Adelaide based company so as I wanted a pair of boots for upcoming function, I ordered them, believing delivery wouldn't take long.
Nope....drop shipped from China.
10 days so far in transit and still not arrived.
Function is now over. Went and bought another pair for the event.
Disappointing.
Ts&Cs - no mention of drop shipping.
Won't purchase again.

Terrible quality, looks and feels like Temu clothing. But most of all disgusting customer service when they sent the wrong coloured item an exchange was requested. 3 seperate emails sent, never received a reply at all. Do not recommend.

Terrible dishonest retailer. Don't touch. Took 3 weeks to get 3 ordered pants that retailed $70 each. When arrived, they looked like cheap pants made in a market stall. Single stitched, 100% polyester crap. Disgusting. When I reached out to discuss with them and request a refund I got respond and was completely ghosted. They should be reported.

If I could give this website a zero I would!!!! Purchased there bright red leather look jacket online, came out a blood orange instead. Sent over 10 emails about getting a refund back. With no reply no success. Came from overseas but they claim there from Australia. Regret this Purchase!!!!

Haven’t answered a single email I’ve sent … no tracking information either and order should have arrived by now and when I check my order on the website it says can’t find the order. No phone number either… very concerned they are scammers as no way to contact them.

⭐ 1 star – Refund issues and misleading business practices
I had a very disappointing experience with Coco & Sydney.
After purchasing an item, I requested a refund due to issues with the product. Instead of providing a proper refund process, the company refused to give a clear Australian return address and repeatedly pushed me to accept a partial refund of around 15% or to exchange for other items.
This is not a fair refund process under Australian Consumer Law. A partial refund was offered in place of a proper resolution, and I was not given a transparent or reasonable return option.
It also appears the business presents itself as Australian, but returns are directed overseas, which was not made clear at the time of purchase.
I have now had to escalate the issue through Consumer Affairs and my bank for a chargeback.
I would strongly recommend others be cautious before purchasing, especially if you expect standard Australian refund rights or an easy return process.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RETAILER! I purchased a jacket and it was about 3 sizes too small. They said that I could return it (at my own expense) to their 'warehouse' and they would send me a credit. I could then purchase the correct size. However, the fine print is that their 'warehouse' is in the Netherlands and so would cost me approx. $50AUD about half of what I paid for the jacket.

The alternative they gave me was that I could pay an extra $29AUD and they would send me the size I want. However for some reason I couldn't access the invoice they kept sending me. Now they are not even responding to me.

If I could put zero I would. Do not buy from this shonky company they claim to be based in Adelaide however the item came from Asia it took forever to get here. It wasn't as per photo, the product is awful looks like it would sell for $10 in Asia. They say they accept PayPal but don't I had to do a bank transfer I should've known then it was shonky. They won't refund they want me to pay for return postage. I'm reporting them to scam watch. They will be shutdown and pop up as another business. I'm absolutely filthy at their service, quality and response. Scammers

HOW CAN IT TAKE WEEKS TO GET A PAIR OF BOOTS??? AND WITH THE MOST VAGUE COMMUNICATION ABOUT IT'S DELIVERY PROGRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE WHEN YOUR GOODS ARRIVE.

Ashley, responded to emails regarding my orders tracking and delivery however, since I requested to return my products on the day I received them for appalling quality, incorrect sizes than ordered and claimed orthopedic shoes that have no support or orthopedic qualities, they requested I take photos of shoes, shoe soles, both sides of each and every shoe. I did and after several emails dince by me that are not responding. I called them on 0433840500 they said they were Coco & Sydney asked me to take photos which I did again. Then I rang them again. First they msg back come to us with yoir shies, we are busy, and then when I replied I'm in Victoria they said I sounded like a scam and were going to block me. These people are SCAMMERS ❗️ without doubt. Shameful, despicable lie-down.
Do Not trust Coco & Sydney
I will be seeking legal advice and action.

Despite paying for premium shipping, indicating 3-8 day delivery. The item hasn’t arrived, I have received no updates since the day of purchase. I chased it up, with no response, I then emailed to ask them to cancel the order. I was told no, and that the item will still be delivered. Over a week later and it’s still “shipment info received”. You cannot cancel it, and every response I get is auto replied, not a real person.

My product arrived as described.

Item was not as shown, extremely poor quality, size was much smaller than stated. Refused refund

Scam Alert!
We ordered a Women's Belted Long Coat.
It was a very poor quality item.
The size was way too small, even though the label said it was correct as ordered. The item shipped from China and took twice as long as was quoted.
The business has no Australian ABN.
Website is not in Australia.
There is no Australian warehouse.
The "hassle free" returns, as quoted on their website, will mean lots of emails, where they try to convince you to keep the item and buy another at reduced price. Eventually, the return address will be in China. Postage will be at our expense and economically unviable.
