Despite the smooth friendly online website and emails, this business does not look after customers. They ensured you pay upfront - which we customers all do in good faith as online customers. THEN
This business sticks with their strict deadline for returns even though they have not delivered the goods quickly, have a confusing returns policy and have not given return instructions in a timely way to facilitate a successful return.
Bad to do business with Coco&Sydney- shame that they are Australian.

Absolute rubbish clothing & company! STAY AWAY! Purchased a jumpsuit, thought it was coming from Adelaide- nope surprise surprise coming from China!
Nothing like the picture, no tags, horrible material & didn’t fit! So contacted them to send back for a refund as per their no hassle refund policy! Well let’s just say after numerous emails back & forth as they wanted to give me a partial refund & keep the rubbish! No thanks. Finally got the details to return it, cost me $26 mind you. And it’s been sitting at customs China for over 2weeks now. Just contacted Aus Post who informed me that customs had contacted them to provide the invoice to prove they already paid the taxes or to pay the duty tax to release the package!!!!!! So I have just emailed them again telling them to pay their bloody taxes & refund my money.

I spend $90 on a jumper. The item I received was extremely poor quality. Loose threads , out of shape cheep material and not near the colour I ordered. There was no labels on the garment.Despite advertising’hassle free refunds’ The company only offered 5% discount and would only consider a refund if I sent the item to their warehouse in china at my cost. They are deceptive and dishonest. Do not purchase from them and report them to Australian competition and consumer protection (ACCC)if you have been a victim.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from Coco & Sydney.

I purchased a plus-size coat after the website presented itself as an Australian business and the product photos suggested a high-quality, elegant coat. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.

The delivery was delayed, and when the coat finally arrived, it was much smaller than the size ordered, despite the label showing the correct size. The quality was extremely poor and did not resemble the product advertised.

When I contacted customer service, they first claimed the parcel had not been delivered. After acknowledging that it had arrived, they repeatedly offered partial refunds (10%, then 15%, then 20%) or discounts on future purchases instead of accepting a return and providing a full refund.

I was also surprised to discover that the item had been shipped from China, not Sydney as the website had led me to believe. Returning the coat would have cost approximately AUD $80 for an item that cost AUD $115, making the return process completely unreasonable.

Overall, I found the product quality, customer service, and return policy to be extremely disappointing. If you're looking for quality clothing and reliable after-sales support, I recommend shopping elsewhere. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Avoid at all costs!

1. Shoes are not orthopedic. They offer zero support. Better brands include Frankie4, Bared, vionic & Ziera,

2. They sent me a EU size 41 when i ordered an AU size 8,

3. They refused to admit the mistake & wanted me to pay for return shipping to their warehouse in China! Other option they gave me was to keep the shoes in exchange for a partial refund of 10%…What a joke!

4. Shoes arrived in a broken ziplock back. No shoe box & no protection. They looked & felt cheap & damaged from the get-go.

5. Shoes arrived very late despite “premium shipping”

Fortunately, i was able to raise a dispute with my bank by providing photo evidence of my order, what i received, & all email correspondence…& they approved a refund.

They do not answer emails, they only auto send emails, making excuses for late delivery.
They also,ask u to make a review 2 days after initial order. They then send you a 50% discount code, THAT THE WEBSITE WILL NOT ACCEPT!!
They DO NOT have a store in Adelaide, they drop ship from China.

Buyer Beware: Coco & Sydney Appears to Be Nothing More Than an Expensive Temu Reseller

I strongly recommend avoiding Coco & Sydney.

My order took almost four weeks to arrive, and when it finally did, the clothing was a complete disappointment. The items were several sizes smaller than expected, the quality was poor, and there were no Coco & Sydney labels or branding whatsoever. They appeared to be generic, mass-produced products sourced directly from China.

After receiving the order, I discovered that identical items were being sold on Temu using the exact same product photos and models for a fraction of the price. One jacket that I paid $65 for and a pair of pants for $96 were both available on Temu for around $20.

When I attempted to return the items, the experience became even more frustrating. Despite prominently advertising a "30-Day Hassle-Free Returns" policy on their website, customer service repeatedly tried to discourage me from returning the products. Rather than accepting the return, they continually offered discounts and incentives to keep the items, first 20% off a future purchase, then 30%, neither of which addressed my request for a refund.

Their website also claims that their warehouse is located in Amsterdam. However, when I received the return instructions, the return address was in China. Out of concern, I conducted my own research. The Chinese return address generated numerous online complaints and scam warnings, while the so-called Amsterdam warehouse address appeared on Google Maps to be a residential property rather than a commercial warehouse.

I raised these concerns directly with customer service, providing evidence including screenshots of the identical Temu listings, the pricing differences, the Google Maps images, and the online warnings associated with their return address. Their response was dismissive, condescending, and focused solely on offering further discounts instead of addressing the issues I raised.

Eventually, I made it clear that I wanted to exercise the return rights advertised on their website and receive a full refund. Once again, I was met with an unhelpful and patronising response.

At that point, I had enough.

My experience suggests that Coco & Sydney is simply reselling low-cost products available elsewhere for significantly less money, while hiding behind a professional-looking website and making the returns process unnecessarily difficult.

If you're considering buying from Coco & Sydney, do your research first. You may find the exact same products elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from them again.

Mine was a similar experience to other buyers. Delivery took much longer than indicated on their website and was drop shipped for China. The product delivered was mediocre quality for the price and undersized so did not fit. Requested an exchange/refund and after exchanging multiple emails with all attempting to avoid a return I have eventually been given a return address in China which will likely prove cost prohibitive to return joggers. Website looks professional but is misleading as it implies they are an Adelaide based company which is clearly untrue and proclaims easy return/exchange procedure which is also untrue. Absolutely no mention of product being drop shipped from China or that returns need to be shipped back to China. Stay away or buy at your peril.

REALLY BAD COMPANY - PAID BUT NO GOODS - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Unfortunately, my experience with Coco Sydney was extremely disappointing.
The company presents itself as an Australian brand, however my order was shipped from overseas and took five weeks to arrive. Had I known the true delivery timeframe, I would have considered other options. The order was purchased as a birthday gift and, despite allowing what I believed was a reasonable delivery window, it did not arrive in time for the occasion.
Communication throughout the process was poor. There is no contact phone number available, forcing customers to rely solely on email. I found myself constantly having to chase updates rather than receiving proactive communication about the status of my order. Responses were often slow and lacked clear information.
After waiting nearly four weeks, only one of the two jumpers I ordered arrived. I then had to repeatedly follow up to find out where the second jumper was and when it would be delivered. This created unnecessary frustration and uncertainty.
When the second jumper finally arrived, the sizing was completely inaccurate. I ordered a 2XL, but the jumper was nowhere near a true 2XL and appeared closer to a medium size. As a result, I requested a return address so I could send the item back for a refund. Unfortunately, I received no response and no return address, leaving me unable to return an item that was clearly not as described.
Whilst customer service offered a 10% refund during the delivery delays, this did not adequately compensate for the lengthy wait, poor communication, incomplete order delivery, missed birthday gift, incorrect sizing, and the difficulty in arranging a return.
Overall, the combination of five-week shipping delays, lack of transparency about overseas fulfilment, no contact phone number, repeatedly having to chase updates, inaccurate sizing, and the failure to provide return details for a refund has left me very disappointed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Coco Sydney and would not purchase from them again.

Receive a 20% refund of your purchase amount to your original payment method.
You may keep the item, with no need to return it.

Option 2: Return for Full Refund

Return the item to our overseas warehouse.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process a full refund of the item amount (excluding the original shipping fee).
As outlined in our return policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose to return the item, please ensure it is unused, securely packed, shipped with a tracking service, and that customs clearance is handled by the sender. Once the parcel has been shipped, kindly send us the tracking details along with proof of shipment so we can monitor the return.

We understand your concerns regarding the return shipping costs. However, for preference-based returns such as sizing, our policy requires customers to arrange and cover the return shipping. While we are unable to provide a prepaid return label in this case, we wanted to offer the enhanced 20% keep-the-item option as a way to help you avoid the additional cost and inconvenience of an international return.

Like many who have been stung by this company I ordered a pair of boots, apparently reduced to $173 from $300. They sent me the wrong size and the boots are vinyl. I have asked for them to provide a refund and I’ve only received crickets. I am absolutely disgusted by the on going scams we have to endure. Don’t order from this company even if you read good reviews it’s basically Russian roulette.
I have lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs I’d suggest anyone who has been ripped off by these scammers to do the same.

This is a scam website. They are not really committed to delivering good quality. It's very disappointing to buy anything from Coco Sydney. They're nothing but garbage. Do not buy from them, it's a total waste of time and money. I have asked for a full refund and address to return their shabbily low quality and tailored packages.

Do not buy from this retailer. The clothes are of the poorest quality, absolute chinese garbage, do not look anything like advertised photo, take weeks to arrive and when you complain they refuse to give you a full refund on the ridiculously shapeless piece of cloth that you bought and make you send it back to China before they give you a refund. Offer you options that you can keep the item for a 15% refund (they recommend this!) It is the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. Stay away!

Ordered the Women's Orthopaedic Buckle Leather Boots. Original price online $173, but in the EOFY sale they were $90. Thought I grabbed a bargain.

They took 12 days to arrive, instead of the 3-5 they mention when you order. The tracking then showed they were coming from China. There was a standard AI generated response, every time I asked about when to expect the item with no clarity on when to expect the items. I believed them to be an Australian based company so could not understand the delay.

The boots have now arrived, disappointingly in a zip locked (Temu style) bag, no labels, no box and are not in any way leather. They do not look like the pictures online, and can guarantee there is nothing Orthopaedic about the soul of the shoe.

There is something wrong with the upper toes and the top of the shoe cuts into my foot when I bend to walk in them. The boots look ok, but I didn't want to buy boots that weren't leather as I wanted them to last a few seasons. I'd suggest that everyone reads the reviews before purchasing. Seems to be another Chinese company, but selling items at premium cost. Wish I'd read the review before ordering.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We ordered the Maria Orthopedic Lace-Up Ankle Boots and the quality is terrible. The boots we received were approximately four sizes larger than the size we ordered, making them completely unwearable.

To make matters worse, despite sending multiple emails, we have received no response regarding an exchange, refund, or even an acknowledgment of our concerns. The lack of customer service is unacceptable.

We paid $90 for these boots, but the quality is so poor that they look and feel as though they are worth no more than $10. Receiving the wrong size and then being ignored by customer support has been a very frustrating experience.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. SCAM we are in a process reporting the company.
