I am currently, for the last 2 months asking for a full refund. Not only did they send the wrong colour but the wrong size as well. They are now telling me, after their review, that they can 'confirm that the item matches the product ordered'
The quality is non existent. Their version of Orthopaedics is a cheap insole glued in.

For the price they charge, you expect decent quality yet the clothing is worse than anything you would but from Temu. However my reason for return was that the items did not match their description on the website. The styles were all just slightly different but mainly, the sizing was so far off what was published.
I entered into a long email relay with their AI bot. I continues to state facts and it dismissed them, offered me partial refunds, insisted I pay for return to China ($84) and wanted to charge a $25 per item restocking fee ($75). I did this knowing I would have NO joy but had to go through the paces so I could submit my reasonable requests to my credit card company who responded within 4 hrs and have reversed / refunded the entire transaction amount ($237).
I had the EXACT same experience with Seabourne. Please, please do not give these companies your hard earned dollars!
If you find yourself in the same position as me, remain calm and factual, knowing with 100% certainty that they WILL NOT refund you, then go to your bank and dispute the transaction.

I’ve waited for more than 2 months for my order. They keep sending me updates they my order was delivered. When I contact support for a refund they say that they are waiting for a fulfilment team to advise on my issue. Looking at the other reviews around here about the quality being soo bad I think my money is lost ether way. Will definitely be avoiding this website like the plague and recommend you to do the same.

SCAM ALERT — COCO & SYDNEY

My experience with Coco & Sydney has been nothing short of a scam.

They present themselves as an Adelaide business with a warehouse in the Netherlands, but my experience has raised serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the information they provide to customers.

I paid for an order, but they did not provide a valid tracking number or proper confirmation that the shipment was actually sent. Despite this, they marked my order as “fulfilled.”

When I contacted them repeatedly asking for a legitimate tracking number and proof that the shipment had actually been dispatched, they failed to provide a satisfactory answer. I requested a refund, but they refused to return my money.

Instead, I keep receiving repetitive, generic ChatGPT/AI-generated messages that don't actually answer my questions or resolve the problem.

This is completely unacceptable. Marking an order as fulfilled without providing verifiable shipment information, refusing to refund the customer, and sending misleading or irrelevant responses is not acceptable business practice.

Based on my experience, I consider Coco & Sydney scammers, and I strongly warn other people not to give them their money without doing extensive research first.

Be very careful. Don't be misled by their claims about being an Adelaide business with a warehouse in the Netherlands. My experience has been that their information and handling of my order have been anything but transparent.

I brought some clothes for my partner off this website and the items arrived and it looks like they just got picked up from a vinnies store. The clothing is that thin and just poor quality.

The customer service team are refusing a refund and only want to give $20 back.

They stated on their website about returns and refund but yet won't give the money back.

PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Stay away its a scam - I bought an item from Coco & Sydney and its not where near as described. The quality was cheap and the sizing was much smaller. The shipping took weeks to arrive and no reply from the team when I initiated a return request for a large size,

Do not believe the easy refunds, Sherpa type jacket around $70, pathetic, came in crushed , no lining, looks like a $15 junk store item.
I would never buy from them again. They won’t give refund for inferior product, they say you have to pay to send it back to them which involves overseas postage, which makes it not worth it or else they will refund 10%. 😡👎

Careful they are scammers with ghost sites there company is deregistered by asics stay clear

Very disappointing experience. The clothing quality was much poorer than advertised. When I requested a full refund, I was repeatedly offered only a 30% refund to keep the items instead of resolving my complaint. When I tried to return the items, I was told the store was overseas, making the return process much more difficult. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend buying from this company.

Pure scam...Items and size does not match description. Refund is not accepted, returns is to a warehouse in China which costs more than the item. Please do not indulge in buying anything from this company. Its an absolute fraud and they are getting away!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! One of the items I ordered looked nothing like the image on the website, and the other was so poorly made that the lining showed below the sleeve. Neither item arrived with tags, and both came from China.
Both items took three weeks to arrive and then any refund means that you need to pay shipping costs to China - and this may not be worth it, as other reviewers state that they still didn't get a refund. I don't want to take the risk , as it will be just wasting more money.

1 star would be generous. No matter how good the products may look , don't get sucked in just move onto your next choice & save the delay & grief. delivery was shipped in from out of country took about 2 weeks. Once received quality was so poor. sizing bad. Was offered a replacement if i paid another 30% of the cost. to get refund i had to return at my cost to address in China, they refused to pay return costs. Their website terms are a LIE. best option they would offer me is 15% refund. Buyer beware, this company is borderline scam. extremely poor service.

Appalling products. Late in delivery. Made from polyester. Will not discuss refunds. This lot are up for a deceptive and misleading conduct award.

Do not buy from this website, the exact same shoes I bought that were on sale from $150 marked down to $75 come in a cheap bag from China through Aus post, the exact same shoe is available on Ali Express for $20.79 with free shipping, thus company is not based in Adelaide, they are in China

Don't be fooled by a professional looking website with an Australian address. This are cheap Chinese products, all returns are required to be sent to China with cheapest freight quote of $320 for a package weighing less than 2kg!
The pants I ordered in Medium size were more like XXXS. I could not even pull them up to my waist. (I'm a 30-31" size). The Jacket was meant to be a grey long thick Winter jacket, but it came super thin, no label just a tiny Chinese M tag. The quality is terrible and will not last beyond a few wears, also it won't keep warm.

They required a lot of photos to satisfy their return approval - and even then it was subject to inspection of the products.

I showed clearly in my photo the size difference between a true-to-size Medium pants, and what they sent me - the width of the waist is more like half of what it should have been.

I showed photos of comparison between their jacket and another one which was Blaq brand. This was what I was expecting.

They first offered me a 10% discount without returning the product. I did not accept this and kept asking for a full refund. The final email was 20% discount.

So I spent $125 AUD, and I get $25 back.
This isn't even an Australian Company so I don't think I can go to the NSW Ombudsman.

If you're considering a purchase with Coco & Sydney - DON'T DO IT!! You'd be throwing your money away.

You'd also be wasting a lot of time trying to communicate with them.

Waited 5 weeks when I contacted the support team they just advised it was on its way, although the tracking said delivered. The quality was very poor, the waist band was a nylon material and pulled when swen to the top leaving it ruffelled. After I complained they offered 15% and keep the top. Or pay for the return to China, then they will refund minus the initial postage. What a joke. Would never purchase again from coco and sydney. I have reported this to consumer affairs, if everyone reported them, then they may receive some consequences.

Avoid, awful quality garments with very low grade materials, components and workmanship. Have requested full refund, but not holding out much hope

This company is HORRIBLE. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased over $800 worth of clothing for my whole household and what I received was a complete disaster wrong sizes and extremely poor quality. I asked for a refund which was a big pain back and forth emails. Finally sent all the products to their warehouse in China at a very costly shipping that I funded. Aus post confirmed delivery. I have not heard back since and its been a month now. My emails aren't getting responded to anymore. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HORRIBLE THIEVES. KARMA IS COMING THEIR WAY FOR SCAMMING ME. THEIR BUSINESS SHALL NEVER PROSPER!!
