Had a terrible experience with cocosydney.co and would not recommend to anyone! My pants took 6 weeks to arrive and when they did fell apart the 3rd time I wore them and only after 4 weeks.
They refused to provide a replacement, credit or refund so do not waste your money with these people.

The quality of the practice is terrible. Customer service is horrible and frustrating. They catch you by the name and you think it's sydney but it some unknown place in China. They give you the run around in their response and try everything to prolong time before giving you the return address. Claim they didnt receive product and make you run around tracking. Parcels stay with customs China and while they keep replying they are sorry, they fo zilch from their end to track and its now been over 4 months and im still chasing, thinking they are scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID

Coco Sydney is a great store. I looked at the sandals for a week and could not find anything half as nice or for the great price as those. I have ordered received a confirmation immediately. Cant wait for my sandals.

My top took at least a month to arrive and they didn’t offer any compensation. The top also doesn’t look anything like the reference picture, so I won’t even wear it!

This scam company are shameful DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
They didn't reply to my emails questioning where my order was I called my back and lodged a dispute claim.

DO NOT USE. The product quality is exceptionally poor, tags sewn on the outside, inferior fabric and very combustible. The products are nothing like the photos or the colour on their website. Getting a full refund is impossible without outlaying more money to mail back to them in China.

I ordered men’s casual trainers. Arrived after 10 days in a bag with no box. Small, narrow and extremely poor quality. $5 from Temu type quality. Now I’m having difficulty getting my refund. They keep offering me discounts to keep them. I’m like why do I want to keep them. Scam. Stay away. Still no refund. I need to explore my rights.

Do not use! I was sent the wrong pair of pants to what I purchased. Despite the company acknowledging this, they have refused to refund me and are making me pay for international postage to return the items as well as threatening to deduct the initial shipping fees off the refund amount. This is how they treat customers even when they are at fault. Delivery time was also a lot longer than they said and the quality of what they sent was very poor (even when ignoring it was the wrong item).

This company is not only falsely advertising ,its service is in disarray. The delivery process is so unreliable in fact the company string the customer along whilst they continue to delay and make up stories why the product has not yet arrived. My story is they take as much money as they can and then some offshore manufacturer is pressured to produce the item. The quality as described by others is POOR. Stay away and if you have fallend victim please report them

I should have read the reviews before I ordered, lesson learnt. The description said 'orthopaedic leather boots', they were not leather and they were very uncomfortable. When I emailed to ask for a full refund, they offered me a 10% refund of the cost of the boots. Do not buy from this business!

I would give minus stars if this was an option.
Please do not purchase from this place. Items come however are nothing like they state. They then offer returns that required very expensive shipping.

This place is a scam, as soon as you order they ask for a review which gives you 50% off the next order. People will review them positively based on quick communication which they do and I'm almost certain its AI. they then ship absolute rubbish products I would use them as rags. I hope this helps someone else avoid

They sent me a supposed genuine lambskin jacket. The tag states it is PU leather.
They would only refund the product if I paid postage to China for $42, would not admit fault.

Never purchase anything from this store. They don't refund and are not helpful. Instead of assisting with a refund they ask me to purchase another product and refuse to refund

Since there is very little information about products on the site, I sent an email specifying my needs and asking for suggestions from their catalogue.
Reply was "tell us what shoe you want and we'll check product details and tell you if suitable". Obviously not written by anyone familiar with their range.

Biggest scammers ever

*DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.* Doesn’t ship item and claims it’s fulfilled. Very unhelpful and when requested to cancel my order and send a refund I was told they are unable to do so.

Ordered a jacket. Said shipping next day. Didn’t even get sent from factory in china for 6 days. Received it. Basically a piece of fabric with zippers. Ordered refund and expect me to pay shipping for not even the jacket. Absolutely pathetic. Then doesn’t even read my emails and gets an ai answer to emails. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t order from them ever. They will rip you off and scam you

These products are terrible quality.
Do not buy from here.
They do not let you return items if they are a bad fit or your don’t like the qualitu

This company is extremely dodgy. Australian consumers - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.
Quality is disgusting - looks like it was made in China.
Item is not true to size.
Items do not look like they appear on website (misleading/fraudulent advertising).
The company are refusing to refund me in full despite their ridiculous demands and photo requests.
I am instigating legal action as I paid $100 for a jacket that doesn't look like it was advertised and is at least 3 sizes too small (and I went off the size guide).

I am currently, for the last 2 months asking for a full refund. Not only did they send the wrong colour but the wrong size as well. They are now telling me, after their review, that they can 'confirm that the item matches the product ordered'
The quality is non existent. Their version of Orthopaedics is a cheap insole glued in.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
