8 days they advertise, more like 3 weeks. They sent the item to the wrong address. When it arrived it was a completely different product. Customer service told me they would credit me $12 and I could just keep the item. They said otherwise I could pay 30% more again and they would send me something else. When I asked for a refund they said sure but I have to pay to ship it back, and then they would only refund the purchase price minus their shipping, so I pay twice for shipping for their mistake. I have had to get my credit card company involved to settle the dispute. Coco are based in China and do not respect Australia Consumer Law. DO NOT USE THEM

Easy to navigate and find the product you are looking for. Great prices and free postage is a bonus.

This has to be the worst site I have ever purchased from. Ordering & paying was easy. Delivery took a while but that’s ok. Product quality was shocking. Cheap plastic on cheap plastic and packaged in a zip lock bag. Then requested a refund where I am told to return the product to an overseas address at my cost in order to receive a refund even though they have an Australian address on their site. This company should not be allowed to advertise or sell in Australia.

Not Australian based, but say there are. Product descriptions are false, saying items are cotton, but are polyester. Poor quality. Impossible to do a return or refund without incurring big shipping costs to send items back to Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province.

They offered a 10% refund and to keep the boots. This site is a scam. Regretting this purchase and advise others not to buy anything from this business.

I can see this. company has only had bad reviews and I can only assume that they’re trying to turn things around because they sent me three or four personal emails while I was waiting for delivery to keep me updated. Delivery time was far too long, however when they arrived, I was quite happy with the shorts that I purchased and subject to them giving me 50% off the next one for doing this survey, I’ll buy another pair. If I don’t get the discount, I’ll do another review.
