I ordered a black jumpsuit, thinking I was purchasing a quality item supporting a local Australian company; what arrived was of terrible quality; and though they claim they have a 30 day refund policy, it involves expensive shipping to China, and 4 months on, have yet to receive a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not Australian what so ever! orders come from China! needed a new suit for a wedding but turned out to be rubbish material. Something you would expect from Temu! I have learnt my lesson and will be avoiding this place like the plague!

Do not purchase from this Chinese based drop ship seller that sends low quality goods I bought shoes which I have been trying to immediately return. Meanwhile it’s one week later, endless emails all delaying the return.

They do not have a presence in Australia although their website implies they do.

Seems I will have to do a charge back as they are just deploying meaningless. AI bot generated emails.

Terrible. I guess all those positive rating are also AI generated.

Extremely disappointing experience. More than a month after my order was incorrectly delivered, I have been left with no dress and no refund.

The courier provided a delivery photograph that clearly shows the parcel was left at the wrong address. The location in the photograph is an apartment complex in a completely different suburb.

Despite this evidence, I have spent weeks going back and forth between company and courier trying to resolve the issue. The courier takes an incredibly long time to respond to emails and has no phone contact only email , and when they finally do respond, I seem to get nowhere. I have repeatedly requested the documentation needed to confirm the loss/misdelivery, but have been unable to obtain it.

The retailer is now telling me that they cannot refund me until the courier provides this confirmation and that I need to continue chasing the courier myself and that they are unable to . This has left me stuck in an impossible situation — the courier won’t properly respond, the retailer won’t refund me without the courier’s response, and I’m the customer left without the dress I paid for and without my money.

I understand that delivery problems can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them when they do. After more than a month of trying to resolve something that was not my error, I’m incredibly disappointed that the responsibility has continued to be placed on me rather than the retailer taking the matter up directly with the courier they engaged. In the end there was no way for me to retrieve my money and I was $100 out of pocket

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I could not recommend purchasing from this company.

I do not recommend this website. I recently purchased a winter jacket that was extremely poor in quality and very misleading compared to the photos and description shown on their website

They do not provide return shipping to Australia. Return of items after 4 to 5 emails with them trying to sell more or offer more products. Return is to China which is very expensive.

This is a scam. They use AI in their emails to make them sound legitimate. The clothes were supposed to be shipped in 3-5 days and took 3 weeks plus the worst quality (no labels) and nothing like the picture online. They use a
3rd party platform to transact and their emails come from either “Coco Sydney” or “Coco & Sydney”. AVOID
