Coco Sydney Reviews

Placing the order was easy and straightforward.
I have yet to receive my order and now reading the reviews I am a bit concerned.

Was easy to purchase products . There were multiple designs to choose from and the process of choosing the one you wanted was easy and straightforward.

I went back to your website 3 times before I decided to put in an order. The description of the item was the factor

Coco Sydney great value 50% less than the rest and free shipping, very happy. Thank you!

Haven't received product yet but they were super quick to answer my question

Extremely disappointing experience with Coco Sydney. The suit arrived late, was the wrong size and colour, was missing the vest, and was nowhere near the quality advertised. Despite their mistakes, I was expected to pay return postage to China. Poor customer service, misleading advertising and an unacceptable approach to refunds. I would not recommend this business and strongly suggest others do their research before purchasing... stay away.!!

Site very easy to negotiate

Very Disappointing Experience – Think Twice Before Buying from Coco Sydney!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coco Sydney. The material is of poor quality, and the actual item looks nothing like the advertised product. For $67.95, I expected a decent-quality garment, not something that looks like a cheap sack with a drawstring!
I requested cancellation just a few hours after making the payment, but my request was ignored and the order was still sent.
I am now seeking a full refund. Customers should not have to pay for products that fail to match their advertised appearance and quality.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this purchase. Please look carefully before spending your money.
I expect Coco Sydney to take responsibility for this matter and resolve it with a full refund.

Fraudsters DON’T BUY Claim to be in Aus but are from China. Tried to return item but they don’t tell you but they wont pay the tariff in China to release it from customs. They say it’s stuck in Customs but it’s their way not to refund you.

I ordered sandals and at the time I was advised they were returnable if I wasn't satisfied. When the Sandals arrived they were not the size I ordered. Needless to say I was not satisfied with sandals two sizes larger than I wanted. I sent photos of sandals in package with attached size label and requested details for returning sandals.
Reply offered me the option of keeping the WRONG SIZE sandals and an option to buy another pair at a discounted price. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with Coco Sydney.

Ordering was easy with good size range available. Beautiful clothes in photo. Worried now seeing the reviews of bad quality garments though. TBA

Looking for good quality Christmas decorations, I came upon your website which has a great selection of options.
I found the website and ordering easy to navigate.

Cannot wait to get my order.

So far so good. Easy to navigate website. Nice range of products and good price. Bought shoes for my daughters wedding and they look perfect to match what I am wearing.

Website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I would have liked some details regarding the type of material in the dress - that information was not available.

Haven’t received my husband’s shorts as yet, but the ordering process was straight forward

It was easy to access the website and make a purchase.

Great gift idea options at a very reasonable price.

This web site was so easy to use !!!! I am super excited to get my dress I’m already looking at a second one!
