Scam. Confiscate winnings
Today I registered with this bookmaker and placed a single bet on a top football match (featuring Chelsea FC). It turned out to be a winner, so I decided to check out the bookmaker's withdrawal process.
Two hours later, the money hadn't arrived in my wallet. I logged into my account, and my entire winnings had been debited from my balance, followed by an email stating that my account had been closed.
In their email, they cited the lengthy clause 3 of their rules, but I'd read it thoroughly and hadn't violated a single one. Despite my numerous attempts to find out the reason for the block, customer support immediately closed the chat, claiming they didn't know, and no one has responded to my e-mail for the entire day.
The only thing I could get my head around was that they don't allow players from Georgia to place bets. But I'm not from Georgia and have no connection to that country. I simply used a Georgian VPN server, that's all.
In short, they didn't provide any real reason for the confiscation of my winnings. I can't even get verified to even withdraw my deposit, because their verification service isn't working (their website won't open for me, even though I've tried countless times) and they don't offer any alternative methods.
I strongly recommend being wary of these scammers. I've already sent complaints to major resources that handle disputes related to casino fraud. I want to withdraw not only my deposit, but also my winnings from the bet, which was illegally debited without explanation.
My username on their website is "Vintos"
