Cocoon Flex Spaces Reviews

It was such a great space!

The staff was friendly, the space was gorgeous and clean. It really helped me execute on our Leadership Offsite. Thank you to Lila and the team for making this such a great experience.

Never have I worked with a more helpful and communicative location rental company. They were incredibly thorough in making sure all of our needs were met and did a fantastic job at being open and transparent with anything and everything regarding the space.

The Cocoon team was extremely professional and communicative and their space was beautiful. Will absolutely work with them again.

The space we rented was gorgeous and provided a variety of environments to capture content in. The Cocoon team was great to work with both pre-shoot and on-site.

The team and spaces are great.

The entire team was incredibly helpful. Our production had to shift dates last minutes - they helped line up the location again, but were incredibly proactive about finding alternative location options as well. On the day the location manager was so helpful and kind. I could not recommend this team more.

The team was very helpful and hands on. The space at Casa Avedon at 6 W 28th St in NY was great, perfect for our company showcase. The audio/visual capabilities were a key for us.

I threw a graduation party at Cocoon's Casa Duende for 80 people. The space was perfect, especially appreciated the rooftop. Cocoon's staff were very easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions and helped me think through how my event would best integrate into the venue. I would love to host another event with them!

The venue and staff were A+. They helped source all of our vendors, managed the 60+ person event, and made sure everything was promptly taken care of. We had no issues the entire time. Highly recommend!

Lovely venue and a great staff. Extremely helpful in putting together all the logistics leading up to the day of the event. A highly responsive team!

Great team, very communicative and helpful through the entire locations search and production shoot day. Would gladly work with them again!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Cocoon for all location and production support needs. The variety of beautiful, curated locations helped me narrow down my extensive search for a photo shoot location. The team - Eduard, César, Hanna and our stellar Casa manager day of shoot, LeRoi- are all responsive, accommodating and knowledgable. All my questions and concerns were managed quickly and with patience and kindness. I’ve been in the Fashion Production business for 30 years and I can honestly say this team is top notch. César walked me through the on line booking process seamlessly. LeRoi greeted us on site with a smile and helping hands to set us up for an effortless production in the gorgeous space. I would recommend to anyone looking for five star location and production services.

We rented Casa Avedon as a temporary space for a showroom to meet with customers over a 3 day time period. The Cocoon team was awesome helping us to navigate the details from another city. The flexibility that they offered around our scheduling needs made it a great experience. I would highly recommend giving Cocoon a look for unique spaces!

Working with Cocoon was a great experience. They were thorough and helpful from beginning to end. I'd recommend any production crew to work with them going forward. In particular, Randa was a great location rep!

Great shooting experience. My team and used the Casa Janka space for a 30-second commercial spot and we had a great experience with the space. We had a tight turn around time for the production and Cocoon accommodated every step of the way. Their onsite rep was a delight, the facilities were great, and we made our day. What more can you ask for? We will for sure be utilizing not only Casa Janka, but Cocoon's wide variety of locations for future shoots as well.

It was such a joy throwing our event at Cocoon's Casa Janka space in Chinatown! Leading up to the event, Hanna was a wonderful partner in planning. Helping to all the details we needed for a successful event. On the day of, the onsite team was so lovely and incredibly helpful. They moved furniture, helped with coordinating arrivals and more. We hosted a large anniversary party for our business and had music, dance and even aerial performances - all that went off beautifully. The space was gorgeous and everyone commented on the beautiful venue, the view and of course, the adventurous elevator ride. Thank you to the Cocoon team for a wonderful event experience! I couldn't recommend them more.

My second experience renting spaces from this team! They are excellent. The spaces are always beautiful and the team is always attentive, quick to respond and extremely helpful on set. I'm gearing up for my third shoot in one of their locations and plan to continue working with the Cocoon team beyond that. Highly recommend booking with them!!

The Cocoon team is amazing! I've done 2 film shoot rentals at their locations and each time it has been a positive experience. The Location Managers are engaging while respectful of the creative process. From the initial contact, to the scout of the rentals, to the detailed welcome packets, and the wrap out - Cocoon's full staff felt supportive and helpful. Can't wait for the next one, thanks!!

Always great to work with this team! We hosted a bunch of offsite using their spaces and service and it's always going super smoothly.

The team is amazing!

Everyone at Cocoon was awesome. From figuring out which venue would work, booking catering and a photographer, and helping the day of the event they did great. Everyone that attended loved the space and couldn't stop raving about it. Definitely plan to work with Cocoon again in the future.
