There was an unexplained mixup in the mailing process that resulted in an unexpected delay. The company was very responsive and did everything they could to rectify the problem. The kinu 47 classic that I bought is a marvel if utilitarian elegance and effectiveness.

The machine is great
The machine is great. however, the instructions were vague. I had a difficult time understanding how to use the machine, particular the settings. A little more info/explaination on how to use it and gear it to the beginner, if the person is experienced they will ignore the instructinos anyway but the novice will appreciate it. I'm still learning but I love the machine and the amount I can roast at one time.

I ordered a Kinu M47 classic for my wife and I wanted to gift her on her birthday. I was concerned about the shipping time, so, I contacted the coffeeroast Co. support and got back on same day and they expedited the process. The product arrived within a week, before her birthday. Rapid cooling without flying coffee chaff!
Bought the Sandbox Smart C1 Coffee Bean Cooling Tray to pair with my Ikawa Coffee Roaster. I'll admit it was a bit bigger than I anticipated but it works very well. Rapidly cools beans to room temp without chaff flying everywhere. Clean up is easy!
