Vašo prijavo smo nemudoma preverili in takoj stopili v stik z uradnim zastopnikom blagovne znamke. Na podlagi videoposnetka, ki ste nam ga poslali, je bilo razvidno, da je do poškodbe prišlo zaradi nepravilnega rokovanja. Zaradi tega garancija žal ni bila odobrena.
