My wife used this site to order a new tyre for our son’s bike. She went through the process to make the order to be told that there was an issue so the payment couldn’t be processed. She attempted it again and was informed that the payment was successful.
She explained what had happened so I checked my account only to find that both payments had gone through. I contacted my bank to inform them of the situation who instructed me to allow delivery of goods to see what the delivery consisted of.
The delivery of one tyre arrived. So I contacted my bank to inform that 2 x payments had been taken and I item delivered. The complaint was then escalated to cards dispute team who are currently working on this.
During the days it took to arrive at that point my wife sent numerous e mails to this company regarding the matter but was met with radio silence….shocking!
They have a contact number to which no one answers and only gives you the same message that the mailbox for this number is full….shocking! How can anyone with any hint of credibility run a business on this basis. Beggars belief.
Today they had the gall to send me an e mail to say that they have a closing down sale…🤦♂️
Buyers beware…I smell you know what
