Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague. They sent the wrong tyres, said they needed to confirm it with their “tyre specialist” when I asked for an exchange, before ignoring me. Don’t be taken in by the reasonable prices and stick to a legit retailer instead.

I won't use again
I ordered two bike tyres which were listed as "2 available" on the website; I only got one. No other communication. If I'd have known I was only going to get one, I'd have cancelled the order and sourced 2 tyres else where.
To be fair, The Bike Tyre Shop refunded the payment for one tyre immediately. A bit better communication would have been nice.

Antwoord van The Bike Tyre Shop
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about the issue. We did respond to your message asking for more details so we could resolve this, but unfortunately didn’t receive a reply.
The tyres you received are a very close equivalent, but if they weren't what you intended to order, we’re happy to help. Please don’t hesitate to get back in touch so we can make things right.
Kind regards,
Customer Service
Good price
Good price, delivered on time. 584 tyres for road are not easy to find, they had some. I hope they continue to stock a good range.
