Excellent service

The service from the beginning of the transaction to the receipt of my shoes was excellent. Simple to use website, great communication whilst my shoes were in transit, super quick delivery and a great pair of shoes now in my possession. I just love Cole Haan shoes!

I ordered my chosen shoes and looked forward to them arriving. They were well packaged and arrived on time. They looked exactly as they did on-line and were very lightweight, however when I tried them on they were far too big for my feet. All shoes I currently wear are all size 9, however these shoes seem more like a size 10. Unfortunately I have sent them back and await a refund.

Just love these shoes. Their soles are incredible. Like walking on air right from the getgo.

And great value too.

I experienced a small defect in my first Cole Haan pair of shoes. I contacted customer service for a feedback and complained about the case. Cole Haan customer support team were very responsive and offered me multiple options to sort the problem. I had a replacement pair delivered to my doorstep in less than 24 hours.
I ended up happy about both the support I got and my new CH shoes.

Many thanks to Cole Haan for handling this complain in a very professional and satisfactory way.

Great website and quick delivery, I got a discount being a first time buyer.
Sadly the shoes have not been as comfortable as I was lead to believe they are and I have had to wear my old shoes today as they made my heals sore yesterday. What a shame, I was hoping for complete comfort.

While we love the products, unfortunately, the sizing feature on the UK website is confusing. I ordered the US size as indicated. They sent 1 size larger, and I now have no way to reapply the discount or recover the expedited shipping expense

The price is incredibly high and the quality is poor. The customer service is pathetic and the delivery is the worst. Don’t buy again; Skechers is a much better option than Clark.

Browsing through the page is so easy. Once ordered, delivered the next day. Shoes are so light and comfortable to wear. Found brand that I will stick for life!

I have been familiar with brand since I went to their store in NY 15 y ago.
Shockingly they still don't have standalone store in Uk.
Ordering online is sometimes hit and miss, due to sizing . However I have managed to buy online over 10 + pairs by now.
The quality is amazing, comfort, styles are superb. They design shoes for the feet. Not just make some shoes.
Speed for the delivery is excellent.
The website tend to offer smaller range of sandals than USA stores?
And the range is odd , who wants to wear mules or very high heels?
Even if I am not looking to buy new shoes I will browse their website and locate my next purchase.
I would love to work for this brand.

What lovely trainers! I bought the GrandPro All Day Courts, and they not only look cool and original, they are true to size and very comfortable - probably the most comfy shoes I’ve ever had.
Ordered direct from their UK website and they were delivered in a couple of days.

Love Cole Haan. Very good quality shoes, durable and super comfortable. I have been using CH for the last 20 years. I have over 40 pairs and I keep buying more. Never disappoints.
