I am extremely pleased with my experience with Collective so far! I signed up on a Thursday and was approved and got a message from my Dr the same hour. I received cold medicine the following Wednesday, as they had shipped my meds Monday with 2 day shipping. This shipping method ensures we get cold meds. The website is great. It has great directions on how to take your shot and has dietitians you can have group Q&As with as well as holistic suggestions to make our experience the best possible. I have used the suggested workouts. The medication is working great for me and the website also shows when my next vile is going to ship. The prices are amazing too. This is my first time using a GLP-1 and I am so thankful I came across Collective. My experience has been so stress free and positive.

I wanted to share my experience with Collective, this is a wonderful company dedicated to making healthcare and essential medications significantly more affordable. Their customer support team is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which I deeply appreciate.

There's no complicated paperwork or questions to answer just answer honestly and the doctor will review your medical information and will reply to you as soon as he they are able to which is usually less than a day.

Collective memberships are affordable because they negotiate lower prices directly with licensed U.S. pharmacies. Collective offers doctor prescribed, third party tested compounded GLP-1 medications, plus ongoing medical and nutritional support. Their pricing remains flat even as prescription dosages increase, and unlike many other companies, they do not require bulk purchases.

I am looking forward to seeing what other products and supplements they will offer in the future.

I absolutely LOVE this company! They are very timely with getting your approval and then shipping your medications out right away. Their vials come very well packed and arrived cold. They also include anti-nausea meds with each order along with a pack of syringes for your injections. This company was created by the founder of Thrive so they are obviously very reliable. And you absolutely CAN NOT beat the price!!!

Signing up super easy and all these great reviews I decided to give it a try. Day one said approved and information about treatment will be in app shortly… Nothing no treatment no information day 3

Update: per response below, this company has shipped and I have received the medication. Very happy that this was resolved quickly. As mentioned by others, the medication kit arrived chilled and all appears to be in order. They did go above and beyond to resolve and I appreciate that effort.

Not impressed so far. Joined on 9/28 and was approved for medication same day. Then my order just sat there all week. Credit card charged that day despite information on website stating that charges are only submitted when medication is shipped. Reached out on Thursday and received email reply stating medication would "most likely" be received next week because they only ship Mon- Wednesday; no explanation (or apology) for this delay provided. I'm already on this medication so this is a delay in treatment. Had high hopes for this company but now considering canceling as this level of customer service makes me wonder if all my shipments will 'most likely' show up when they decide to send them.

I switched over last month from Embody’s to collective and let me tell you hands down the BEST decision I have ever made!! The packaging was awesome and everything arrived cool as well as they included anti nausea meds along with my medication. I signed up and was approved and had my meds all within three days! I received my second month and absolutely no issues with this shipment either. The portal is very easy to use just wish they would allow us to log our weight loss weekly. I am absolutely so happy with wells pharmacy and the dosage of the meds. Praying they don’t start the random switching up of the additives but for now I am super thrilled. Fingers crossed I get my credit as stated when I joined but either way this is affordable for me and I am so appreciative of that!!!

Collective has been super easy to sign up with. Their pricing is the best I've seen. No hidden charges. They explain pricing and the yearly membership fee. That said, all of that averages for 12 months to an affordable price for a year of weight loss medication. They send meds and bill monthly refills. I find that easier than paying for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time. Their customer service is the best I've come across so far. They ship fast. My meds have arrived cold. They also include medication for nausea for those who might need it. I've not had to use it, but it is a nice touch that other companies do not do. I can't sing Collective's praises enough!

Amazing company - They don’t BS you and lie saying they are “FDA approved/certified”, the package was still cold even on a hot summer day, shipping was super fast and customer service has been wonderful.
Their website is very helpful in keeping track of dosing; they send everything you need without adding to the cost.
Will only be using this company for my GLP-1, highly recommend!

Where do i begin? This company is wonderful. From the beginning, sign-up is super easy and fast!! You hear back from the DR very quickly! Meds arrived cold and on time! The packaging is amazing!!! Customer service is quick when responding and they are super nice! The price is excellent and you cannot beat it. Delivery service is great too!

I have tried several companies and I have been using the shot for several years! I recently joined collective and so far everything has gone super smooth. The doctor has been great, signing up was super easy, all of my questions were answered.
The process was quick, I answered some questions, a couple of hours later the provider messaged me, we chatted back and forth with some questions I had. I was approved and a couple days later I received my medication!
The medication came packaged really nice! The medication was surrounded by insulated packaging and several ice packs that were still frozen. They even included zofran and suggested I split my dose into two weekly shots to avoid nausea, which I was dealing with from the last company I was with.
I definitely recommend collective to anyone who is thinking about using a glp-1/gip. This company has your back!!!

What a Great experience I'm having with Collective. The assessment process was quick. The doctor explained what my protocol would be and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My 1st month of medication arrived within 4 days of my assessment. The pricing is phenomenal and potency of medication is on point. They use Wells Pharmacy in Ocala Florida and my package arrived cold and nicely packed. They even included anti nausea medication complimentary with my order. Hands down the best decision I could of made after dealing with Embody which was a nightmare and Mochi became to expensive. Amazing company that is very affordable and efficient. Even with a yearly membership fee, the pricing is still one of the best out there! They even offer assistance via a sponsor membership program to those who are low income or facing financial hardship. The customer service has been exceptional!! I have to say that I’m genuinely impressed with my experience with Collective so far.

From the beginning, their customer service has been excellent. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been very responsive and diligent in providing clear answers. That’s something I really value when choosing a telehealth provider because, for me, good communication and customer service are just as important as price.

Their patient portal is also very well designed and provides patients with useful services and information, making the entire process easy to navigate.

Another major advantage is the pricing. After comparing Collective with many other telehealth providers, I can confidently say that they offer the best pricing I’ve found in the market. That was definitely one of the things that caught my attention.

What impressed me the most, however, was how quickly everything moved. After submitting my information, my treatment was reviewed and approved in approximately 30 minutes. I received clear instructions regarding my treatment as well as different administration options.

The pharmacy process has also been very fast. My medication has already shipped and is scheduled to arrive this Thursday.

Of course, I still want to receive the medication and complete that part of the experience, but based on everything I’ve experienced so far, Collective has been excellent: responsive customer service, a great patient portal, very competitive pricing, and an impressively fast approval and fulfillment process.

This company is amazing! Even though I haven’t received my order yet I still have read so many reviews on Reddit saying the shots are great potency and I think the fact they make sure to ship only Mon-Wed is such a great idea because the last company I was with (CareBox who wasn’t bad I just didn’t like the lack of customer support) sent me shots that were warm so I know with Collective it’ll be different! Even better news today I got approved for the financial aid program they have for low income/disability people so my annual fee ($199) was completely waived! I still can’t believe it and am so happy I will only be paying $69 for Tirzepatide! I rated 5 stars also because their platform is amazingly helpful-you can message your doctor -and mine actually messaged me back twice even though it was just a little thing I had asked and customer support responded very fast and were very nice and helpful. Overall i am super happy that I found this company and will most likely leave another review after I get my shots. Thanks!
