Don Mullinax in Jacksonville, FL is what makes your company so strong. His customer service is through the roof.

Once you complete an application, you will get timely communication from the company. I have had numerous deals with Commission Express as at times, some Real Estate transactions can take numerous months to close. These commission advances work well with cash flow while waiting for closings. The team is great at answering any questions and the paperwork is clear and concise with the fees. They process applications usually same day and money is in my bank account with in 48 hours. I have used Commission Express numerous times over the years and will continue to do so as needed.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Commission Express—and especially about Doug, my go-to representative. I’ve worked with him both in the past and currently, and he’s been outstanding every step of the way.

The market I work in is incredibly dynamic. I have clients who are first-time homebuyers purchasing homes under $300,000, and others spending millions. Commission Express fits my needs across the board. What’s especially helpful is that once you’re set up in their system, you can receive funds the same day you make the request.

Like many real estate brokers, I experience stretches without a paycheck, followed by a flood of closings all at once. Having access to funds ahead of those closings helps me stay on top of everyday expenses and responsibilities. Commission Express makes that possible, and they do it with ease and reliability.

If you’re considering this type of service, I highly recommend giving them a shot. You’ll be glad you did.

The whole process is Smooth and Easy. You could not ask for a better team with Jesse and Marybeth.

Always a great experience with Doug. He is also very quick and polite. Ive worked with CE for years now when needed. Very Fair and reputable company.

I couldn't do my business without commission express. Not waiting for my commission allows me to focus on the next customer and re-invest in marketing. Commission express is a top producers secret. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. 100 percent for customer service.

Don Mullinax communicates very effectively. He's also quick to acknowledge commission advance requests and get them funded. I have used him in my business for the last 10 + years.

Always responsive.

I have done business with Jason and Anne since early in my real estate career (some 21 years ago). They have always been helpful, understanding, friendly and there for me when needed. Highly recommend them.

I have been working with Don and Commission Express for years! He is awesome!!! I have had no challenges and the customer service has been great!
