Pricing is very reasonable given how much Greenback relieves me of the troubling details of filing a US return from abroad. My experience with Greenback has not been good. The first advisor rarely responded, then I was passed to Harsh who has promised to deliver the workings to me 3 times over the last 2 months and failed on every occasion. Between Alyssa and Harsh I've had to extend my filing period twice, and now the deadline is approaching again and radio silence. Perhaps this company was good in the past, but my experience has been awful this year.
