The customer service that I received from all those who provided advice was excellent. Whenever I had a concern, there was someone available to respond quickly, whether it was through email or live chat. The only downside I found was that the new system used this year had a few teething problems which were a bit inconvenient. Overall, if I could, I would have given a 4.7 rating.

Another year, another faultless tax preparation by Expat Tax online. I’ve been a client for years and never had a complaint.
They are very skilled professionals and make it all seem easy. Questions are answered promptly and updates are sent all throughout the process. I recommend them unreservedly.

Expat were calm, cost effective and sorted it all out for me, within 17months, collecting 5 years Tax, FBars, all the forms so I could renounce under the Relief for Certain Former Citizens. This is the 6th year I have engaged ExPat Online to do my US tax returns and FBARS. The submissions have all been accepted by the IRS and Department of Treasury without issues. The best part is I have never had to pay any US taxes because we pay so much here in Canada. ExPat introduced a new platform for 2025 and I found it to be an improvement over the old platform. The staff I worked with at ExPat are great. If I have any questions or concerns they respond very quickly. Highly recommend these people.
