I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with ComodoSSLStore.com.
After purchasing an SSL certificate, I immediately encountered a serious system issue during the enrollment process. When I entered my domain (IDN) and clicked “continue,” the website failed and displayed a blank page, making it impossible to proceed any further.
I contacted support right away, but the issue was never resolved. Their responses were slow, unclear, and unhelpful. They simply stated that their development team is “working on it,” without providing any explanation or estimated resolution time.
What is completely unacceptable is that instead of fixing the issue with my existing order, they told me to purchase the same product again from their “sister website” (thesslstore.com), claiming it would work instantly. Meanwhile, my original order remains unresolved.
This behavior is highly questionable. Why should a customer pay again when the service they already purchased is not working?
I have requested a refund, but the process has been extremely slow and unclear, with no proper resolution so far.
This experience shows a serious lack of responsibility, transparency, and professionalism. Based on what I have experienced, I cannot trust this service and would not recommend it to others.

I have 3 sites that I added ssl certs to about a year & a half ago. Comodo charged less for 3 years, than most charged for a single year. Easily saved 80% over having GoDaddy do it. (My website host.) Setting up ssl is a bit tricky & non-inituitive. Comodo haa phone support with real people (in Florida)! With their help I got all working & was able to set up the other 2 sites by myself. Not sure why, but with their service you need to reissue the certs every year. Long enough for me to forget everything about set up. Called phone support & they had me up & running. Special call out to Philip--not only knowledgeable, getting me the right docs & details--but just a fun person to talk tech with.

As usual, great customer service from Comodo team. They are direct to the point and can understand client requirements directly.

Scammer alert for ssl buyer
If there is 0 star, I want to give it to them.
They scammed from me an amount, and they did not refund as they had promised earlier. They will keep you in a perfect loop with live sale rep and would never solve the issue. They will keep asking for more information, evidence and lastly they will put the blame on the customer. They debited my card, but never placed an order for me, and kept blaming me for the order denial. Without a shame, they blame my bank for debiting the amount during the checkout , while the real problem was them debiting my money without my knowledge. If an order is denied, they have no right to charge my card and yet they charged it whatsoever. Moreover, the live sale rep are from other countries and they intentionally hire them to do fake job of keeping the victimized customers in an endless email loop.
Never trust this company.

Follow advice given
Paying for the ongoing service on two separate sites caused the failure too accept the service. Long time processing the payment did not help. Once I was advised how to fix the problem, I was slow in acting and hence longer time before problem was solved.

Worked and Great Value
Read some bad reviews here so was sceptical, but it was such good value (£10 compared to the next best £70) and not for anything particularly important I thought I'd give it a try. Application was easy - verified using CNAME as didn't have any admin@ email setup - all worked fine. Their instructions for installing the certificate on Tomcat didn't work (hence only 4*) - but I Googled and found out how. Their support answered me multiple times during this which is good.

I've never dealt with a company who are so SLOW in getting anything done or replying to emails. I do not understand why it is so bad. It's a terrible business model.

We tried to purchase the expensive Document Signing Certificate from Sectigo which eventually ended up here at Comodo. First off, couldn't get their order portal in order. Fund was taken up front, waiting for validation in 2 weeks, nothing, order portal brought me in circles. After a few support tickets, and communications back and forth, I cancelled the whole thing, and support stopped responding. WHAT? Almost USD 300 and it had been 1.5 months, didn't see anything done, didn't get cert, didn't get money back. WHAT A PAIN, our project in jeopardy due to incompetence. So sick of such company.

Magdalina helped me resolve error in one of my entries, she was patient and kind hearted (don't ask me how i knew, ...in my 6th element) she proved professional and accurate with her troubleshooting and eventually we got approved.
I had to re-issue my certificate after 1 year…
I had to re-issue my certificate after the 1 year expiration (bought 2 year certifiate).
1) The verification email with the code didn't work.
2) The site continued spamming me with the same email and code for 5-6 days and of course the code never worked.
3) I contacted support on 14th of April 2021 to solve the issue
4) Today 9th of May all my services are down and still I haven't received the certificate.
STAY AWAY! Go buy your certificate from some real proffesionals.
Comodo tricked me
They scammed me and they don't want my money back!
I bought a code signing certificate on February 1st.
I paid for it in full, but they did not release it and did not return the money to me!
