I was in a quandry as to how to choose Wealth Manager and came across CWM website. Based on my needs, it provided very clear guidance and recommendations which Rory Scott discussed with me at lenght, explaining each Companies key points. Subsequently visited all 3 and have made a selection.

Good solid explanations, clear facts and hand holding when we needed it. Finance is a difficult area to negotiate and we are very happy that we found and were able to take advice and recommendations from Paul at Compare Wealth Managers.

Rory Scott was helpful and efficient, clearly knows the business, and was supportive without applying any pressure. It was much better than I expected, having tried a few others, and I'm pleased with the result.

Trying to research and understand the best options in this industry is a mine field and not remotely transparent nor easy to understand when trying yourself, and I have plenty of FS experience.

This site is a genius idea, trying to bring together a very tricky set of decision criteria that can vary so much from person to person into a sensible piece of advice. That they include a person to person follow up to refine the advice with their strong knowledge set and that they affect the intros and coordinate accordingly is even better when you have limited time.

Having seen 3 recommendations I am now moving forward with one that is not at all a firm I would have expected to sign up with prior to running the process, but one I believe should serve me and my family very well indeed. Thank you Paul!

As someone who is used to filling in online forms to obtain further information within the "investing sphere" only to then have to field a host of unwanted sales calls, I expected CWM to operate a bit like those pesky Meerkats, Aleksandr and Sergei! You can therefore imagine my surprise when Paul took the trouble to fully understand my circumstances BEFORE making any introductions. The net result was he was the perfect matchmaker. Quite remarkable - thanks solely to the effort Paul put in to properly evaluate my needs.

A great service that potentially cuts out a terrific amount of analysis on the thousands of wealth managers and IFAs that an individual has to do to secure a reliable, effective and cost effective wealth manager.
I took my time deciding, and gave my old wealth manager time to improve ( which they didn't ) , but now I have made the move I feel that I should have a far better professional relationship with a company who better understand my life goals.

I cannot recommend this service enough. It is otherwise very difficult to find a wealth manager who might suit you. Rory understands what is available and after listening to your requirements is able to provide a choice of managers who might suit. He also stays with you on the process to make sure that it works out. I have many friends and acquaintances who have to use wealth managers and none who feel entirely suited save those who I suspect have shut their eyes as to what is happening to them.

A hugely valuable service to help navigate the Wealth Management market to find an appropriate firm with the right 'fit' to engage with. With such a broad number and range of companies offering services, from single IFAs to very large firms, with different models and approaches, I was finding it difficult to get a feel for who would be best placed to provide what I was looking for.

I talked with a couple of firms but had to invest a significant amount of time and energy in numerous meetings, including handing over a large amount of data, and realised this was not an effective way of trawling the market, and unlikely to give me confidence that I found the best firm for me. Given the importance of the selection of a company to entrust with our investments and pensions, and establish a long term relationship, this didn't feel like a satisfactory approach.

Through a combination of talking with Paul Dredge, and completing a questionnaire, Compare Wealth Managers were able to recommend and provide introductions to three companies most suited to meeting my requirements. They were all very credible, and I have now selected one of those with a high level of confidence.

The process was very straightforward and Paul provided the right level of support and contact. I am pretty certain I would not have found the firm I have selected without them.
