Vi è senza ombra di dubbio un mancato chiarimento delle norme tariffarie, oggi mi è stato addebitato l'abbonamento mensile di 70 euro e ovviamente verrà denunciato se non rimborsato.

Scammers. They make no mention of signing you up to a “subscription” and just try and take money out of the account (luckily my bank alerted me asap). Appalling.

Don't use these clowns. Signed up to their app whilst in Italy to book a taxi, and now continue to get a weekly charge on my credit card. They claim this is for a trial period. Scammers!

Unauthorised subscription trap. Stole 2x £69 from my card without consent. Their AI bot only refunded one charge and is withholding the other £69. Fraud investigation underway.

They’ve just tried to charge me £58 for booking a restaurant table which subsequently cancelled. Looks like fraud. Luckily Waitrose fraud team picked it up.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE : site qui se fait passer pour "local" (dans mon cas Taxi Granville), vous charge 0,10 euros pour un petit service puis n'exécute pas le service mais vous abonne à votre insu pour 49 euros par mois (débité le lendemain de votre 1er contact). Ensuite ils se protègent en disant qu'ils avaient inscrit quelque part que vous aviez 3 jours pour vous désister etc... A FUIR

Scam. It came up to let me book a restaurant and the next I know £69 has been taken from my credit card. I am contacting the credit card company to see can I get it refunded and to block any further payments to them

I thought I was booking a table at a restaurant (which, by the way was unsuccessful) and I was bombarded by what I thought were marketing emails. I had infact, without realising, signed up for a subscription for "concierge services" at a cost of £69 per month.
You cannot get your money back unless you cancel your subscription within 3 days

Lesson learned

Cobro no autorizado y pésimo servicio al cliente
El día 2 de junio recibí un cargo de EUR 69 correspondiente a una suscripción que jamás autoricé. No recuerdo haberme inscrito a ningún plan, no recibí confirmación alguna de suscripción, y el cobro apareció sin previo aviso en mi tarjeta.
Desde entonces he intentado que me reembolsen el monto y, hasta la fecha, no he recibido ninguna reversa ni respuesta satisfactoria. La falta de transparencia en el proceso de cobro y la nula disposición para resolver un error evidente hacen que no pueda recomendar este servicio bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Si están evaluando usar Concimax, tomen precauciones con sus métodos de pago y revisen bien los términos antes de ingresar cualquier dato de tarjeta

This is a scam site where if you go to book a hotel it pretends to be the site you think you are on, uses your details to “subscribe” you and charges your bank account £69, first you know you have the money coming out of your account, scumbags. Please beware.

This site pretends its a taxi booking service. It offored me a taxi but then failed to deliver the service. What it doesnt tell you is it charges a subscription of €69 but you wont know that until you see it on your payment card.
I asked for a refund and they told me its non refundable
