Great installation staff but I still havnt got my £100 cash back I was promised

The customer service has been excellent. Paul Long in the sales team made the sign-up process very straightforward…not at all pushy, very responsive. Good cash-back deals especially for recommendations (As long as the money materialises after the qualifying period!). The fibre is delivering the promised speeds (1000mbs) more than enough even with 2 teenagers. The installation team were very friendly and accommodating, routing the cable exactly as I required and making sure the WiFi covers all areas of my house which is 3 floors and very thick walls. Only had it for a week but so far, very happy.

The salesman was very easy to talk to, and knew his stuff, answered all my questions putting my mind at ease hopefully everything else will go as smoothly. Would recommend connect fibre to anyone else.

I've only given 4 stars because the Internet is hit and miss. However they get 5+ stars for customer service. When ever I have spoken to them the staff have been amazing.

May be ok to connect and when everything good but I’ve never had a company lie and genuinely be dishonest in my life. It’s all a smoke screen and wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of the 5 star reviews are a smoke screen. I’ve gone as far as taking them to court over dishonesty and leaving me without a line for over 3 months and lie to a case worker at the energy ombudsmen. I’ll see you at court with the proof I have and hope it gets press coverage. Don’t trust these people

I had a problem with low broadband speed a lot less than my contract speed. I phoned Connect Fibre and was put through to Matt. I explained my problem and Matt found the cause. He sorted the problem. My broadband was running at the correct speed with in 20 minutes. Thanks Matt and Connect Finre.

I would to most highly recommend this charming gentleman who took me through the whole process of changing my internet provider to the excellent company he represents . Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him and his good humour and patience enabled the transfer to be completed , relieving me of any stress I would have encountered without his chivalrous behaviour . I would award him 20 out of 10 for his heroic efforts on my behalf . Thank you Vid Patel

Excellent introduction to Connect Fibre by Paul Long. Everything was explained and detailed in terms of the initial order, contract and installation. I now await the install, but friends and neighbours who have Connect Fibre are all pleased with them in terms of service and support.

Very satisfied I always agree even when I have a problem. I recommend Not just because they're easy to converse with, but because they're helpful. But the internet is also very fast. I've had several internets, but none like Conect Fibre.⭐⭐⭐

Even though the installation was in a slightly difficult location, your engineers were friendly polite and professional.

From order to installation, everything was smooth and worry free. It's also a great deal compared to other suppliers in my area. Salesman to installation engineer: All so easy to deal with.

Throughout the telephone conversation Jason, on their sales team was attentive, patient and helpful with going through the installation setup. A warm and friendly no pressure approach to buying the fibre service.

Well pleased with this Amazing after sales service from Katie. Friendly professional advice and even rang me back to confirm everything was running fine. I must say this service is second to none. I now have the cheapest fibre online and know with confidence that if ever I need anything dealing with Katie is the person I'll be calling. Thank you very much.
