Great service
A Very polite young man came out to connect my connect fibre and explained what he would be doing before he started. Once everything was installed he connected the router and it was soon up and running. I'm very happy with the service provided and I was able to keep my same landline number! which I had to wait a few days for the change over from my previous provider but all is ok and working well so far. Thank you.

A positive start but I don't yet have the broadband. Nussrath was informative and helped me make a decision, he was also polite and friendly throughout the initial conversation. I can't comment on the broadband though.

Internet connection that delivers- Connect Fibre
Made an enquiry about Connect Fibre broadband online and received a call back that day. Explained I was still in contract and we agreed on a time for them to call back. They did not bother me until I was ready to go ahead with the install. I then used the information from the first phone contact to set up my broadband install online. The process was very easy and once the install date arrived there were no problems. Up and running in no time and alot better than our previous Internet. The problems with our streaming TV not loading have vanished.

My initial contact with Connect was…Paul.
My initial contact with Connect was with Modibo, who knocked several times but I was too busy to spend time, I intended to get back to him.
When Paul telephoned we were able to find a suitable time to go into details fully. Paul was very patient and careful in making sure I fully understood the terms and procedures.
I felt quite free to make decisions and appreciate that neither agent put any pressure on my decision.
