To be fair got this in the same room as the router on my laptop but dropped to half that during the day.
But major issue is signal strength.Sacrificing signal strength for speed isn't great.A survey of the property before installation should be paramount.Purchasing boosters on top of the agreement shouldn't be the answer.

Diligent and pofessional
I recently had to have my cable moved as we'd had some building work done. Matt was the initial contact and then managed the whole process for me. He always replied quickly and with reassurance that my job was being dealt with. On the day the team member who did the move was prompt, polite, helpful and did a great job. I'm very grateful to both for their help.

Great service and love switch scheme
Spoke to Paul on the phone and he was great help letting me know all the options and I was a big fan of the switch scheme that they've got which helped get me out of contract with another provider that I wasn't happy with and was paying more for.

Generally excellent!
There were a couple of delays with the installation, which was rather frustrating, but in every other way I was surprised by how smoothly it all went. Communication was good throughout, and the technicians did a great job when they came to install the hardware. The switch of my old landline to the new system happened earlier than expected, and was seamless. Overall very impressive.

Great service
A Very polite young man came out to connect my connect fibre and explained what he would be doing before he started. Once everything was installed he connected the router and it was soon up and running. I'm very happy with the service provided and I was able to keep my same landline number! which I had to wait a few days for the change over from my previous provider but all is ok and working well so far. Thank you.
