Excellent experience from Dan with setting up broadband, polite and very helpful, and Ayanna with Smart tv connections, also all staff have been very helpful

What really made me give this a 3 star rating was the fact I had a flyer come through the door offering me 2 months free,despite having Two separate conversations with the company, I still got charged for it on the First month of the installation, I did contact them and they were apologetic and changed the free period to the following two months so we will see if it comes to fruition!,The installation went well and the speed is excellent,a few people up the row have had it installed and seem happy with it but time will tell!.

Callum and Darren installed our Connect Fibre on 12th August, 2026. They soon had us connected and checked I was happy, every step of the way. They told me everything they were doing. Very pleased.

Connect fibre came at the time stated got on with the job didnt mess about got the job done cleaned up after them very well mannered would recomed them to anybody

How good it is to have a company that answer the phone and sort your enquiry! Everything was explained and a lot of help given when asking about switching from my provider now to Connect fibre.

Matthew was very helpful and prompt in resolving a Customer Service rebate query. On a broader perspective, the whole organidsation has provided a professional service from the installing of conduit to the final connection

We honestly couldn’t have been happier with our experience with Connect Fibre. From start to finish, the service was absolutely brilliant and everyone we dealt with went above and beyond.

A special mention has to go to Nick in the call centre, who was incredibly helpful throughout. What really stood out was how reliable he was — anytime he said he would call me back, he did, which is something you don’t always get! He kept me updated, answered all my questions and made the whole process really straightforward.

The installation team were also fantastic — friendly, professional and took real care to make sure everything was done properly and that we were completely happy before they left. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

The broadband itself has been excellent so far, with fantastic speeds. I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending Connect Fibre. A genuinely brilliant experience from the initial contact right through to installation. Thank you to Nick and the whole team!
