Conservatory Insulation Southwest Reviews

Arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves, made friends with the dog and indicated their drinks preference (can they drink coffee or what, they never turned down an offer of one!) and cracked on with the job and cleared up behind them. I was surprised at how short a time it took and the final result is excellent. We had it done to reduce the traffic and rain noise levels and it has certainly done that, looks good as well.

We wanted to use our conservatory more and after seeing adverts for roof insulation products we started to look for a local firm. From start to finish Devon and Cornwall Conservatory Roof Insulation were fantastic. They arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned inside and out once the work was completed. You wouldnt have known they had been. Wonderful workmanship and the three men that came were friendly and polite - it only took a day to complete. They certainly worked hard and we are delighted with the outcome. We would certainly recommend this Company to anyone, such a friendly and easy service from start to finish. A fabulous team.

A pleasure to deal with from quotation to installation, no pressure at all and an excellent job done.

They have turned a conservatory in to a room which we can now use comfortably during summer and winter. Thanks to all involved.

After reading about several roof insulation products we chose Devon and Cornwall Conservatory Roof Insulation to improve the use of our conservatory. We have a polycarbonate roof and liked the fact the insulation is fitted onto the underside without disrupting the existing roof and we were dealing with a family run business using their own staff (no sub contracted fitters). The stylish finish looks so much better, the sound reduction from rainfall is dramatically reduced and heat reduced during days when it would have been too uncomfortable to sit in before the insulation was fitted. We have noticed it's less cold in the mornings and have no doubt it will be an improvement during the depth of winter. From demonstration and quotation, to fitting - a team of three fitted in one day - I can thoroughly recommend this company and their product.

From the start to finish the company were tip top. There were no problems and the end product is excellent.
We are delighted with our new roof, and most definatley well worth doing.
Thank you all.Fabulous Team.

These Guys fitted insulation to my Dad's house in Torquay.
From start to finish they were working very hard it hot conditions.
Despite having material issues (some had been sold to then broken)
They managed to get to the local shop and exchange them very quickly.

They finished the job In one day. Leaving the conservatory looking great! The workmanship and service are first rate.
The workers are polite and motivated.

Time will tell how the conservatory holds out in the hot n cold. But I have a good feeling.

A very professional company, passionate about their product, with a great business idea..

Order in complete confidence

What can I say, what a fantastic company and what a fantastic team of people. Right from the start, talking to Michelle was a pleasure. Then Doug came and talked us through what would happen and then Rob and Sam came and did a first rate job. Unfortunately there ended up being a small leak - no problem! Team came back and worked so hard to fix the problem and in the end went way above and beyond what I would expect these days. If you need your conservatory roof insulated, then this is the firm to have. Nothing is too much trouble, the team are friendly and polite, and everything is as they said it should be. Honestly I could go on and on about how good they are - first class company!

Great service from start to finish, really pleased, left the fitters in the house as we had to go out on the second day - no problems, very tidy and polite.
Would certainly recommend this company to anybody, in this day and age the best you say about anything - it is value for money.

A total positive experience. from first contact, to measuring up to fitting day.
everything explained and delivered as promise. if your thinking of having this work done then these are the people to talk to.

Excellent job well done , workman polite and conscientious. Job done within timescale and we are very pleased with the finished result

What a delight to deal with a totally professional company who are straight talking, very accommodating and clearly concerned with delivering a top quality job.
In just one day they transformed our glass roof conservatory (hot house) into a useable room and the finish inside and out looks great. I must thank the guys who skilfully completed the work in such challengingly hot conditions. They did a neat and tidy job.
If you need to make your conservatory a usable room, I highly recommend talking to Doug and Michelle first, Devon and Cornwall are lucky to have them. You will not be disappointed with the quality of their service and it was other Trustpilot reviews that led me to them, for which I am grateful.

We have a very large conservatory, and in the summer heat it is just too hot to sit in. We ask Denon and Cornwall CRI to give us an explanation of their product and how it works. We we’re happy with that, and the price, and decided to go ahead with the conversion.
The guys we’re friendly and courteous and did a very professional job. We can now sit in the conservatory even when it’s really hot. It’s been a great investment. If anyone is thinking of doing this, I can throughly recommend it.
We are very satisfied with the results.

Can’t believe the service from this company. Done within a week and actually the cheapest of three quotes I obtained. I especially wanted to use a locally based firm. It’s only day one and already I’m more comfortable in my “new room”. My biggest worry was losing light in my lounge but it’s just the same. Would recommend to anyone.

We would like to thank Doug and his team for a wonderful job they did on our conservatory. They arrived on time and after finishing they cleaned up the outside and inside the conservatory as well as putting the heavy furniture back for us. Its wonderful how quite it is now when it rains {its been well tested the last couple of days} It all now looks like a room. A job well done.

I had the new roof installed on 2nd July. Very good service and a clean job.

Has made my conservatory cool in summer ad wam in winter. The price was excellent, and the fitters were both skilled and friendly. Very satisfied with the result. Would recommend this Company to friends and family. One Happy Customer

Very happy with the work. The conservatory is now a comfortable place to sit in when the suns out. The following day after the work was done , it was on of the hottest days and the transformation was extremely welcome , not being hit by a wall of hot air when the door is opened. Highly recommended.

I had my large lean to conservatory roof insulated. Doug gave me a great price and answered all my questions.
They did the job in two days, and were professional, competent and tidy.
It has made such an improvement. The extremes of hot and cold have gone, as has the glare on sunny days and the noise on rainy days. It looks great too.
If you're considering having it done, go for it and I highly recommend Doug and his team to do it.

I’m extremely happy with my installation and the service I received. It started with a no nonsense sales pitch with an idea of price given at the outset. The product is innovative in addressing the problem of a polycarbonate roofed conservatory that gets hot enough on sunny days to melt candles and crayons! It uses a thick space-aged 19 layer insulating blanket placed 50mm below the roof to prevent buckling. The inside is then finished with very attractive brilliant white UPVC cladding which is wipe-clean and helps to maximise light through a naturally reflective satin finish. On the sunny days we’ve had post installation we’ve noticed a significant reduction in heat gain, I estimate 70-80%, rendering a once useless room now usable again. We’ve also noticed a similar level of noise reduction when it’s raining. I’ll have to wait for winter to experience the heating benefits, but the evidence shows the insulation really works. Three guys performed an efficient and friendly installation which, despite a lot of materials and a lot of work, took just one day. The price ended up being one fifth of the cost quoted by the purported market leader in this area, whose product and excessive sales pitch I wouldn’t trust. Time will tell for longevity of the product of course, but from my experience so far I thoroughly recommend this product and company.

Fantastic service and lovely people to work with. Highly recommend!
