Despite generally adequate energy service, Consumers Energy has gotten incredibly greedy. My bill has gone up three-fold over the past several years even though I signed up for the Budget Plan, which supposedly evens out the bills over a yearlong period. Most consumers are really struggling to pay these increasingly higher energy bills, along with higher rents, mortgages, and all of the other bills which pile up and have gotten increasingly expensive in this capitalistic rogue era in the US. We have no other choice as to what energy company to use, and Consumers Energy takes advantage of this by constantly increasing their prices. It is beyond imperative that Consumers Energy lower their prices to accommodate its customers as soon as possible.

Money stiller, set me on $5000 don't want give me money back , please don't take there servis ,you can lose more money, no worth.

Can I rate any lower? This company promised government rebates, reduced bills and neither happened. We paid a lot of money, the bill says extended warranty and now they say no further service will be provided. The equipment is almost 6 months old, we have already had issues and no one responds on a Friday in -20 below weather, no furnace. They will not provide installer’s name and the installer left nothing (no manuals, no warranty cards, no business card and no Invoice with their name on it.

a POSt to be part of consumer energy his name marcus savard aka Joseph Savard was the sales person .Came to my home about heat pump it kneed to be replaced and at the time when Mr Joesph Savard .was here he was posto be training some men at the time to do the same thing that Mr Savard was doing .during this time Mr Savard did not give me some sort of paperwork did everything on his only used tablet and during this time Mr Savard prashered me and talked in circles .I have payed the amount of the bill and now I heard that the company smart provoncial smart heat pump went under now the company is now called Consumer energy it is called now .now I have post to be a law firm 905 472 2300 when looked up on line it was for tax .smart provoncial smart phone number is 1888 536 3025 and Consumer Energy 1517 7683092 or 1866 689 5130 customer service email cconsumersengergy.ca and address is 130 Slater st Ottawa Ontario K1P6E2.once beware of this person JOSEPH SAVARD AKA MARCUS ALEXANDER.and now they are saying I owed then money in the amount of thirty thousand I told them to come take it back all they did not do the job wright the first time they came back to put one upstairs because they did not do it the first time

Left giant logs in my yard I'm disabled. They hold monopoly on energy and charge everyone out the orifice. Charge you to pay them. Biggest scam company I deal with.

The ease of application

An Electrician by the name of Sam did a great job of fitting our extractor fans and reinstalling all our sockets and light fittings. Very professional tidying up along the way and taking the time to explain how the fans worked. A Credit to the company.

This Place has taken money from my elderly parents and after asking for it to be returned due to no action they stopped returning her emails and calls !! Has anyone else had this experience ? As a business owner this makes us all look bad and if they don't resolve asap i will be getting police involved
