One month later and no order received and no response from my email querying non delivery. AVOID

Very difficult to contact with no reply, i ordered a rushed delivery (1 business day), it’s 3 days on and still haven’t received anything.

Ordered with extra fast business delivery end June, still waiting for my lenses and my emails chasing delivery are being ignored

I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered. Placed order on 30th April 22. Nothing received and no reply to email. I will try charge back on my credit card.

Terribly slow delivery, no communication or tracking. Order still not delivered 20 days after ordering. These people have basically stolen my money.

DO NOT USE. They took my money straight away, no lenses have arrived and after 3 emails no contact at all from them

One of the worst company plz avoid this is not a fake review and probably not one off either. The way they behave it must be quite usual for them to mess your orders. I made an order on 07/05/2022 and its 7/7/2022 and still no reply from lense direct, luckily I paid using amazon pay and managed to get my money back through them. Lense direct just don't reply your queries and I'm sure they going to come here ask me to contact them which I have done plenty of time with no reply. Should be embarrassed really the way they treat customers. Definitely not going to recommend to any one plz go somewhere else these guys waste of time.

SCAM! I had the worst experience. I never received the product. I tried to contact them several times and no answer.

Don’t buy anything from this shop. Took your money and never give you the products. Such a cheating shop! I’m extremely regret not seeing the comments before buying.

As others have said its a SCAM! My lenses have not arrived i have now contacted my bank. AVOID! I shall be reporting this company.

2 weeks after placing my order and I still have not received it. I have sent 2 emails asking where it is, no reply.
I've now had to order from another company as I'm running out. Have no idea how to get a refund from this company as there's no phone number and they don't respond to emails.

I bought some contact lenses with these guys and then never arrived a month later. I contacted them and they said they were looking into my query and I never heard back. I ended my having to do a chargeback with my credit card provider to get a refund.

Do not use this company ABSOLUTELY appalling.

Reported to Action Fraud and asked my credit card company for a chargeback.

Is 1 month since I haven't received my order.Also I had sent them emails asking were is my order nobody answers back.I just gift them 20 £.Do not buy from this company.

So far I haven’t received any lense fluid as ordered. So very disappointing as I too was taken in by this company! I don’t like theives😡
