Ordered contact lenses a few weeks ago. Because they have never arrived, we have asked for a refund, but they do not answer their emails.

Do not use this company at all costs. Have ordered lenses for next day delivery and they never arrived. Now all emails for money back are ignored. I wish I had checked trust pilot reviews before placing order. I will do so in future

SCAMMERS. Ordered solutions in May and have received no goods or any replies to my emails. Obviously a sham company so my advice would be DONT USE.

If I could give this zero stars I would. In my eagerness to get lenses I hadn't read any reviews & after waiting so long for my order CLB172539GB since 17 June. i thought I should check out the reviews as I paid for a next day service & i have chased them several times & still nothing. I am so upset as i haven't got money to waste

Placed order for next day delivery. Never arrived. Emailed numerous times and no response. Still waiting!! no contact number to call either! Will not be ordering from again!

I've been waiting for over 10 days. It was supposed to be 5-8 working days. No reply from 3 chasing emails. There is no telephone number to call. Seeing other reviews, I think I won't get responses from this company. I ended up buying from other shop which arrived next day as my order from this company hasn't arrived. It was only a few bounds cheaper so I wish I just kept my usual shop to buy.

One star is too much !!
Absolutely atrocious service and I'm now believing that I've been scammed. Ordered lenses on 4th June and they have still not arrived. Company has not replied to my numerous emails and I'm unable to contact them on the phone as my conversation goes straight to an answering machine which is full (no doubt of other complaints)
My advice is DO NOT USE this Company and this would seem to be consistent with other recent reviews.

I placed an order on 28/5/22 and paid express delivery! I am still waiting for my order on 27/6/22
you have not answered any emails or phone calls to explain where my order is yet took payment immediately!
I shall now be taking this up with my bank to reclaim the money owed.

I wish I had read the reviews first. this company does not exist anymore no shipping no response over phone or email. Since amount is below 100 i don't even know if my credit card company will revert

I think 1 star is an exaggeration. No news on the order, no replies to emails. They have probably stopped trading but the website still accepts orders. Not sure how it can reported to the authorities, so the website is taken down

After a month, I haven’t received my order yet and there is no one to contact at all!!! They are scammers!!!

Still haven’t received my order after 6 weeks.

I paid 156 pounds on last week, not any update about this order.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this company. I am having to do a claim dispute for goods I have not received for three weeks. I made the mistake of not reading any reviews before ordering so please do not fall victim to this company! I have reported to Trading Standards so if everyone could do the same this company will hopefully get the message. If you notice on your Worldpay card receipts, the money is actually taken from Distribution Point Limited - check them out on the Company House website - and you will see the man who is behind this and read all about him.

As I have still not received the contact lenses I ordered in May paying £47.00 for a rush delivery I can say that I will never buy from this company again nor will recommend them to anyone. They have not responded to my numerous emails which I find absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Would give zero stars if I could! Same as everyone else haven't received my contact lenses. Customer service is nonexistent! Absolute scam! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Same experience as everyone else on here no lenses no reply to any emails sent to them total scam company reported to police action fraud. Beware.

I made an order CLB156439GB in your store on May 28th. I paid for the order in full. It is now June 25th but my order has not been delivered and I have not received any other information about my order. I want to believe that this is a mistake and you do not want to deceive me. Give me back my product or my money. Thanks

Fraudulent company - needs to be taken down by google.
