Scammers, i got charged 10$ for absolutely nothing, and now way to cancel my subscription

I used the service, but I had to upload and convert one image at a time.
Then I checked my emails and I found that despite the free service, I am subscribed to their plan - ~10 eu/week.
I sent them email, because my account was not providing me with options to cancel my subscription.
They replied to me to wait for up to 1 hour, until my account is setup.
I waited 1 hour and then the option for cancellation was in my profile.
I cancelled it and then they confirmed by email that this is done.
Then I requested account removal and they deleted my account, confirming by email.
Please, be careful when using such "free" services.
Automated bot or not - the suport replied quick and correct.

scammers and thieves they will charge you 9.9$ weekly no matter how you try harder to cancel it they will not.

SCAM! It charges 9.99$ weekly after downloading.

Scam!! Never used the service and got money taken/stolen. Don't know how.

The worst scammers!they will steal your money in your bank account and when you write to their customer help they say you have an active subscription yet you know nothing about it. The WORDT SCAMMER WEBSITE!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of transparency from Converter.Space. When signing up, they promised a free trial period, but there was no clear warning that it would automatically transition into a paid subscription without further notice. As a result, $9.99 was charged to my account, which I only discovered after the fact. Upon reaching out to their support, I received only automated replies that failed to address my issue or respond to my request for a refund. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and respect for customers.

I do not recommend this service to anyone who values honesty and open communication. If I do not receive a refund, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my bank and leave additional negative reviews on other platforms.

- free trial hard to cancel. When you try to cancel instantly you are informed that you have to wait an hour for them to finish setting up your account WHICH WAS NOT MENTIONED WHEN SIGNING UP. Still after an hour, I had to wait a couple of minutes.
- no password required to sign in, just email. Anybody can log in having your email.
- support is not helpful with cancelling the subscription, they just tell you to wait

I thought I was being scammed would not be able to cancel, but thanks God I was. When it comes to the product itself it did not met my expectations.
- I wanted to combine a couple of JPGs into a single PDF. There is no such option. You have to convert every single JPG to PDF first and then input all PDFs to merge them at once.

Do not recommend.

I have cancelled it yet I was charged multiple times for their service, even though it didn’t show up under my active subscriptions. After checking, it turns out they are one of those deceptive websites that advertise as “free” but actually charge $9.99 weekly. I’ve contacted their customer service to request a refund, but so far, it looks like a scam.

Love it too much to stop using

I was charged several times on their service, that did not even appear under my active subscriptions. Upon checking, it seems they are one of those scammy fine print websites, that although advertises as "free", will actually charge you 9.99$ weekly. I've reached out to see if they have customer service and if they can provide a refund. But so far, it's a scam.
