Parece que la página está diseñada para llevarte a que aprietes algo que va a hacer que ROBEN TUS DATOS DE CUALQUIER TARJETA QUE TENGAS CARGADA y te cobren SIN PREVIO AVISO!!

Al enviar mails para que me reembolsen el valor cobrado, solo responden que ellos avisaron (no se dónde) que se iba a cobrar ese cargo al siguiente día.
No entiendo como pueden cobrar algo si uno no ha ofrecido ningun medio de pago.

This is a scam!!!!! Take your details stating, that it’s a free plan snd then charge 20USD a week.

This website is a complete scam. They charged me $19.99 without my consent, and I never agreed to any kind of paid subscription. I only used their "free trial" service for a file conversion, and suddenly they took money from my account.

I contacted their support team multiple times, but they keep sending copy-paste responses that don’t address the actual issue. They keep talking about their “terms” and “no refund policy” instead of acknowledging that this was an unauthorized charge.

I even blocked my card and had to request a new one because I don’t trust them.
Avoid this website at all costs. It’s deceptive, shady, and absolutely not worth the risk.

Scam!
There is no service, only offers to convert anything to anything, and it doesn't convert it, simulates it's doing a job without any actual results. It takes your payment information to keep deducting from it weekly.

I was signed up automatically when using the tool online. A $0 authorization was applied to my card.
After 2 days a $19.99 charge was applied although T&C says that subscription is renewed automatically after the first 3 days.

I strongly warn anyone considering using Converter.Space to stay away from this platform.

This company uses a predatory subscription model designed to trick users into weekly payments for a service that doesn’t even work.

I signed up for what they advertised as a free trial. After the trial, they automatically charged me without notice for a weekly subscription – twice – even though I was unable to access the service. Every time I logged in, it would ask me to sign up again for a new free trial, forcing another €20 charge every time.

When I reached out to their support, I received copy-paste responses ignoring my complaint, only defending their no-refund policy instead of solving the issue. I even sent them screen recordings proving that I had an active subscription and couldn’t access the product, yet they refused to address the technical failure or refund the charges.

This feels like a deliberate scam to trap users in an endless loop of payments for access they don’t provide. I’ve reported them to Stripe for fraudulent practices, as their system seems designed to exploit users by forcing repeat payments through deceptive account handling.

Their refusal to refund despite clear evidence of a non-functional service shows they’re more interested in collecting unauthorized payments than providing value.

Avoid Converter.Space at all costs – you risk getting charged repeatedly for nothing in return.

This site is a scam they give you 1 day free trial and write $19.99 per week for subscription in small font so there is a chance that you miss it. They also refuse to refund subscription. Absolute SCAM !!!

Scam. Please don’t fall for the $0 charge. They subscribe their customers and charge them the very next day the subscription fee for weeks on end. They will be held accountable on the day of judgment.

These people are liars and scammers I joined a free trial for a product which never worked I cancelled it straight away, I even sent them the confirmation email that it was cancelled and still refused to refund me.

I fight two weeks in the email to get my money back and then i got full refund.
Although my bank has started investigation against these people who show ZERO $ on the payment form and hide the subscription payment and then authorized the credit card later after 24hour charge it secretly.

SCAMMMMMMMM. They say FREE FILE CONVERTER but they make it in a way so you believe it is free cause they charge you 0,0$ to use at first, then they charge you even if you subscribe the next day!!!!!!!!!! ALSO they do not have a refund police!!!

Very bad experience and I try it one day and I can not cancle it easily , Until I searched on Google for the method and contacted customer service, unfortunately they did not refund my money since I did not benefit from the service .

Converter Space are thieves! I don’t know how they got my email and made a subscription, then withdrew money without me doing anything. When I tried to contact them, they refused to refund the money and sent me a screenshot of the payment from Apple Pay. They are thieves and hacked my phone! I reported the money withdrawal to the bank, and I will file a police report against this website. They are scammers and hackers!

It is a scammer. I have just access the website and they stole the money immediately without any permission nor request nor I did not ask for any subscription. They put zero value to use their application and suddenly they have stolen the money. So they are layers, scammers and steal money immediately. My advise to all people, please do not access this website at all
