Ho usato il loro sito per editare un file F24
per il pagamento di un adempimento fiscale e ho pagato tramite Paypal 90 centesimi per questo servizio. Qualche giorno dopo mi sono ritrovata un abbonamento annuale automatico di 49,99 euro senza aver dato il mio assenzo.
Inoltre erano proprio loro a suggerirmi di non rivolgermi a paypal per risolvere il problema ma di chiamare un numero estero con prefisso americano per accelerare la pratica di rimborso. Cosa che ovviamente non ho fatto.

Converter space took my 344 rand for a service that I didn’t use on top of that when I was subscribing it said R0 rand than boom my money gone no notifications no warning nothing even the free trial I couldn’t even download the pdf it basically didn’t work than obviously i didn’t unsubscribe because I didn’t know it’s going to take my money and why would they mention R 0 rand then boom take money why not mention the terms and everything in the first so that the customer understand what they getting into this is basically a scam so fine we writing reviews here all that but how do we get help where do we report this to because I emailed them they don’t reply back

Deducted $20 without my knowledge after not even giving me the product I was unwillingly paying for.

Complete scammers. They will deduct $20 dollars from your account with no notification that it is going to happen.

I must say such bad and scamming app .

Can someone help me with that i can’t cancel the subscription the problem is i just visit the website to just one picture suddenly they tell me subscribe for free for three days so i just do it cause i use to do free days and cancel it i went to my settings to cancel it and i didn’t find it i try to sign in but it’s not found user i don’t know what do i connect with them and they didn’t respond can someone help with it?

100% SCAMMER. they will give you a free trial “$0” AND CHARGE YOU $19.90 THE NEXT DAY AND EVERY WEEN AFTER THAT!!!!! ALL HIDDEN IN FINE PRINT SO FINE THAT EVERYONE HERE HAS MISSED IT CAUSE ITS MADE TO BE MISLEADING.

As a result of my Google search, I found converter.space and converted it to Mp3, before I even realized what was happening, they took my money away right away, and the next day, they took more money away, I wrote an e-mail and said there was a mistake, please refund my money, they said no, we can't!
It's a small amount for them, but it's a big amount in poor countries like ours, but they didn't accept it even though I explained it many times!
However, while many applications and websites compensate instantly, Conventer.Space is not well-intentioned at all, their purpose is clear!

SCAMMERS, please don’t trust them they lie to you. Then when you go on the website they mention they charge you the next day but they don’t show that when you initially want to use the service. If I could rate them 0 I would, I’ve told all my friends and family and will be posting a tik tok about this.

It’s a Fraudulent subscription trap with deceptive billing and intentional cancellation block

This website tricks users into signing up for a $0 free trial, only to SECRETLY charge $19.99 USD every week.

This site uses manipulative design and dark patterns to:
• Hide the subscription cost ($19.99/week) in fine print at the bottom of the page (small tiny text)
• Automatically charge users after 24 hours without a clear confirmation or warning
• Prevent users from canceling by falsely saying their email/account “doesn’t exist” even when it does
• Avoid appearing in Apple/Google subscription management lists, making it harder to cancel
• Send no proper invoice or receipt, only a charge that suddenly appears

It is intentionally structured to deceive, trap, and drain money weekly from unsuspecting users with no easy way out. This is a textbook example of subscription fraud and phishing tactics. They also said it’s non-refundable no matter what you do or try.

I have already filed a fraud dispute through my bank and will be reporting this site to every cybercrime and scam tracking authority available.

Whoever uses this website has to change their bank card too apply payments and everything they constantly take 19.99$ from your account it’s a 100% scam website

Converter space website is a scam. Don't enter not only your card details but also other information like name, surname, address etc. They can use this information to find your card details and charge you. They charged me $70 even though I didn't use it for 1 day, $10 per week. PER WEEK :(

Looting money for poor service

They charged my husband’s card before the free trial even ended, and even after canceling, they kept trying to withdraw more money. We received only automated replies, no real support, and no refund.

This is deceptive, unethical, and borders on fraud. I’ve reported them to consumer protection and my bank for a chargeback.

Avoid this service at all costs.

Went into the website to convert a document and used the FREE option as it was a once off. They charged me $19.99 twice now already!! What absolute bullshit! I never even signed up or made an account, don’t understand how this is possible.

I was charged $19.99 right after a so-called “free trial” with no clear notice. The service didn’t work at all, and support refused a refund, blaming a no-refund policy. Totally misleading and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Completely shitty and scam website!
Charged me $19.99 twice, I didn’t get a notification about first transaction from my bank, so only noticed after the second one. Their support has automatic reply about no-refund policy and blah-blah, will try to get a refund via my bank.
