I had a very good experience with Cookiebouquets! My salesperson was unbelievably helpful. They are in Columbus, and I was ordering something for my niece's thirteenth birthday. I must add that my niece also lives in Columbus. I called about 12:30 pm, hoping to get delivery in two days, as she would be away the very next day (her actual BD--but I wanted her to be home to receive the delivery). To my great surprise and delight, the salesperson said they could get it out to her that very same day, by 5 pm. She did receive the cookies, around 3:30, and called me, so excited!! I could not have been more pleased with the service, and would highly recommend this company. My niece sent me a photo, and it was very pretty!
*my only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the cookies displayed in a box, not in a bouquet shape, as shown on the website. It was a small thing, but I was just a bit disappointed. But overall, they are great!!!

I sent my sister the cookies that look like balloons in the smiley face bucket for her retirement from teaching. She loved it and the cookies are so good that she is not sharing with anyone in the house. It's the first time I've used this website, but will definitely use it again.

I loved the cookies however, since I only bought 7 cookies they should have been put in a smaller box or put tissue paper in the empty cookie spaces.

I send a basket to my friend and she received the cookies in good condition but it was put in a basket that was way too big for it so it looked like there were missing cookies. She even asked me if someone stole some out of there because there were so many empty slots. I would love to understand why my 5 cookie order was put in such a big basket.
