My family loved the bouquet. Cookies tasted good and well decorated.

Like that you have a variety of flavors and many cookies in one bouquet for a larger office or so that people can have more than one.

The cookies were pretty good, I prefer soft chewy cookies, but the selection was awesome. It is a little expensive especially with shipping. But overall it was nice!

First time experience was made pleasant by the patience of Christian. Byers Porsche, there in Columbus, were very appreciative.

I have gotten a few Cookie Bouquets in the past. All of them have been excellent. But this last one was terrible. I ordered a 7 cookie bouquet for a friends birthday. I saw in the image that I picked that there were 7 cookies and that’s why I picked one. The box it came in was too big. It had more empty slots than cookies. It was embarrassing to give. I had to open it up and put in my own tissue paper to fill the gaps. It was not as pictured. Was there no other container or box these could have gone in that it didn’t look so bare? It’s a shame too cause this is my go to quick gift idea for people. Might have to rethink before I buy next time since the money I spent this time was definitely not worth it.

Everyone I spoke with was friendly and so helpful! Christian was superb and got our order to its very special recipients the next day! I cannot wait to use this company again!!

Ordered just a few days before a birthday gift, out of state and it delivered in time, and the cookies were fresh and delicious according to my brother-in-law

It did not arrive on time nor did it look like the picture.

They left cookie bouquet, which is highly perishable in FL weather, on the recipient's porch. They were out of town so they didn't get it. The delivery confirmation said "no signature was requested". That was not an option at purchase that I saw. Why didn't they call / text the person to advise delivery and get alternate instructions like take to neighbor. It's food after all. I was very disappointed with this level of service and carelessness.

I sent this for my friends birthday, she said it was kind of dry.

Delivered as advertised. Very easy to use and very good quality product. I will do it again with no reservations
