Bought a (very expensive) Peugeot salt mill as one of a pair with the Peugeot pepper mill. It put out hardly any salt so I made a complaint and was sent a new mill. Same problem with the replacement. Cookwarestore refunded me for the salt mill but wouldn’t accept the pepper mill back as it had been used, which leaves me having to find a new pair of salt and pepper mills and footing the bill for the Peugeot pepper mill. Not acceptable really.

I was looking everywhere for a Lodge cast iron pan & found this store and I'm glad I ordered from here. Delivery was fast and the pan was just as described.

the product we purchased Multi-Functional Wok WMF Macao 36 cm (4-Piece), we have used already 3 times in the past 10 days since it got delivered and it has been amazing so far. this product we can say as a family was money well spent on a superior product. excellent product. we will be recommending this product to many of our family members as well our friends as well.

Size matters!
I ordered a 12cm cast iron skillet by Lodge. I would have appreciated knowing before I placed the order whether 12cm was the diameter of the base. I thought that was the logical place to measure it and was the size I wanted. However, there was no guidance on the website about how pans are measured and customer services were not available as it was a weekend evening. Since it was the last one in stock and I needed it for a present, I placed the order anyway. Disappointingly the measurment turned out to be across the pouring lips either side of the flared top, ie the widest possible dimension, as what arrived was the tiniest pan I have ever seen (and would not have ordered). The parcel was delivered direct to my friend who thought it was very funny.
Apart from this, and the huge cardboard box it was sent in, full marks for the shopping experience

Excellent, easy to use website and I was really surprised and pleased at the delivery time. I expected it to be 5 days but my package arrived two days after I ordered it. I also liked the regular status emails and that I could track its progress.

We bought the Lodge combo cooker set, which says delivery time 3-5 working days on the website. We were then told it was out of stock. It's still listed on the website.

The refund was prompt but why is it even available to buy online if they don't have it in stock? This is the second time we've had this experience with an Etrias store. It's very annoying.

Great product, great customer service and delivery from the Netherland via DPD excellent. My American Lodge cast iron griddle is an excellent cooking implement and turns steaks into a gourmet feast. Thank you from a very satisfied person.

I had difficulty finding this product available in the white. I had ordered from another supplier that supposedly had it in stock and still hadn't delivered after 2 months. I ordered from this company and had it within a couple of weeks. There was a slight delay which they kept me informed about. Cant recommend them highly enough for service...and cost as it was actually cheaper than my first company I had used!

This is a top quality saucepan,superior to other copper pans I previously purchased. Will buy scanpan again when I replace my older ones.

I placed an order for 3 items making sure each item was in stock. Subsequently received an apologetic email explaining that one of the items was not in stock. I eventually received the package 3 weeks after ordering and found one item was missing. I got in touch and was emailed a form to print and sign before they would send the missing item. Once submitted, the missing item was sent very quickly. Both deliveries were poorly packed, massive boxes used for small items, no bubble wrap or paper used so the items just bounced around inside the boxes, fortunately no damage seems to have been caused, not sure how that was avoided. So, they got there in the end but there is clearly room for improvement.

I was after a crystal pint glass and found a plethora of them on the Internet.

The one by this seller caught my eye. It was solid looking, a great design and an excellent price.

I bought it when I saw it and received the customary emails regarding delivery.

The glass arrived very quickly. It is excellent quality and I couldn't be happier.

The service and products were wonderful! The only complaint I have is that the products were not packed well. The box it came in was damaged and not all the products were padded and secured. Luckily none of them were damaged.

Disappointed to say the least on the web 3-5 days delivery was stated and boy did you fail on this one. It was birthday present and you missed by three days thanks guys. But don't worry I won't buy from you again in hurry.
It didn't move out of Holland for three days to add insult to injury and the DPD tracking app was next to useless in my opinion.

Everything about the experience of buying this product was extremely straight forward. Delivery was undertaken by DPD very efficiently. Will definitely buy from this Company in the future.
