Poor!!

I ordered a large cutting board from Etrias. After doing some research they had professional quality kitchen items that maybe other online shops didn't have. The price was very reasonable as well. There was very good customer service along the way. I had questions about the item and was answered promptly. There was an issue as during delivery my item was damaged, but the company responded the next day and the issue was resolved. I loved the cutting board. The quality was fantastic.

When completing the purchase I was a little concerned as I was informed the item would be 3 to 5 days to pick. I contacted customer services, they responded immediately. I explained the item was for a birthday present 4 days later, it was posted and arrived on the Friday from the Netherlands in time for the weekend and the birthday.
