Android assistant software doesn't work…

Android assistant software doesn't work well at all. In fact, I eventually ended up using the FREE Google Backup that was on the phone backing up regularly to get my new phone back up & running with all of my apps, wallpaper, configuration and so on. Android assistant couldn't complete much of this or left me with partial restore. Will never use this product again simply because it's not complete.

Just to clarify, Coolmuster Android Assistant can only restore the data it has previously backed up (such as contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, videos, music, and more). The response was quick

The response was quick, within a few hours instead of 48 hours, on a Friday night too. I really appreciate that, so I am leaving a review for their dedication. We were able to fix my issue on my end. Everything is good! Thank you!

Backup Manager

After purchase of Backup Manager I found that some app apks wouldn't restore. I therefore contacted support. The response was very quick, but following unsuccessful command line attempts to get the restore function to work it was agreed that a full refund would be provided. As promised this was credited to my account in a couple of days. Sean was very helpful and efficient and so, if the software works for others, I have no problem recommending this company. It didn't work for me but I didn't lose out.

Great support

I had an automatic renawal partly due to my own tardiness in cancelling my subscription (cancel because no longer needed, not a bad experience or anything like that). When I let the support know that I actually wanted to cancel and not renew they immediatly took care of it for me. Top service, thanks!

La mia esperienza

Ho installato, acquistato e registrato Coolmuster Android Backup Manager, per mia inesperienza ho chiesto sull'utilizzo. Ricevuto conferma della mail inviata in pochi minuti e in meno di 24 ore una risposta chiara e precisa sui quesiti posti. 20 giorni dopo ho avuto problemi di gestione del pc causato da altri software (Coolmuster ha sempre funzionato bene). ho inviato delle domande su come preservare Coolmuster A.B.M.in un ripristino di sistema: per seconda volta ho avuto feedback quasi immediato e una risposta chiara ed esaudiente in 6 ore. Ringrazio il team per la prontezza, disponibilità e cordialità nella loro assistenza. Riguardante Coolmuster A.B.M., funziona bene, l'interfaccia d'uso è semplice e pulita, L'applicazione stessa indica i passi da seguire. effettuato backup da smartphone xiaomi protetto da pattern + impronta senza neanche chiedere lo sblocco, dopo il reset smartphone ho trasferito alcune app da pc verso smartphone tutte funzionanti. Lo consiglio. Alfredo A.

Annie wrote back and informed me she had update my E-mail Address, which I incorrectly entered when placing my order.

She provided a link to download the software and the corresponding License Key.

Im 62yr old technology deficient female, was able to download texts in two different formats, only THANKS to timely reply from customer support, so that a client could have "every message" between me and one of her tenants (7yrs worth) and its relevant to her needs. Now she can actually print it all out if needed and I did not need "share" message by message off phone. THANK YOU. I have trust issues, didnt trust this at all, researched and decided do it. I hope never to regret that of course, LOL, but so hopeful will be useful tool. Wish I took the LIFE option instead of one year.
