Don’t recommend this restore software

When all my calendar events (10 years worth) randomly disappeared from my iPhone, I found a tutorial by Mobikin to restore calendar data from iCloud backup via their software. Upon opening the software and attempting to log into my iCloud on the software, my pc froze for over 10 minutes. After turning my pc off and on again, I rebooted the software and attempted to log into my iCloud again. On the second attempt, the software closed itself and the shortcut on my desktop disappeared. I’ve deleted the software and its files from my pc and reset my iCloud password. I feel uneasy and don’t recommend this software.

We take cases like this seriously. What you described (software freezing, unexpected closure, and shortcut disappearance) is not the expected behavior of our product. It may be related to a local system crash or security software interference during the iCloud login process.

To clarify: MobiKin software does not collect or store your Apple ID or password. All login actions are processed through Apple’s official authentication system, and we never have access to your iCloud credentials.

A misleading Mobikin recommendation

Perhaps less about Mobikin per se than the person who had it as their recommendation for moving data from an old Oppo phone to a new one. Installed the program, went through hell setting up the two phones the way they wanted and then, when I pressed send data, I finally get told they only transfer a very limited amount of the data unless I buy the product. Had I known from the start, I might have decided whether it was worth the cost, but to find out after spending half an hour getting ready is underhanded, conniving, misleading and plain bad corporate behaviour.

i had a difficult task of copy a chinese mainland phone to another phone. the Mobi app tried but could not achiever more then 20-30% .

Mobi aandd Trust happily returned my money.

these people are honest and i will be using them again if i can

Terrible Website

Terrible Website. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot get through to anyone. Once a window opened to type in a question. They never got back to me. I paid for a Lifetime of Assistant so I could download my pics from my Android phone. It worked but my hard drive crashed and I had to re-install everything. But, I cannot re-activate the Mobikin that I already paid for. Wake Up!

Abysmal customer support

Abysmal customer support. Stated factual information in email, provided multiple screenshots of app failing to restote their app backup. Requested a refund well within the 90 days, app purchase first week Dec, refund request third week DEC. No refund back to Credit Card and no refund confirmation email from Mobikin. Hence, the review for people to be forwarned.

Great App

My support was great and listened to my issue. The app did not work for me, but I believe that was more iPhone 8 to Android flip. I could see how well the app would work as connection to PC was easy and the app was easy to use. I am about tired of all the issues I have with Android, will not connect to my Toyota Camry either. I provided screen shots to my issues and so refund was granted after myself and tech did all we could, and I showed the app did not work with my transfer but again seemed like great app.

Great customer service

I bought the software thinking I needed it. Turns out I didn't and asked for a refund. They responded back right away and without hesitation stated that they would refund me the purchase price.

After 3 days, it finally worked

Pro's: Eventually worked, and customer service kept following up until it did.

Con's: 1) The app didn't recognize my Motorola Moto G6 phone, even though my Windows 11 PC could.
2) Customer service only responded in late evening, so the resolution (using a WiFi connection) took 3 days to resolve.
3) If you choose the subscription plan, it's set to automatically renew. Just needed the app to erase one phone, so this had to be canceled.
4) Once the app recognized my phone, it aborted at least twice.

Will I use MobiKin to erase my current phone, when the time comes? Cannot answer that now. Does a good job, but is it worth the headaches?

Moved songs from iPad to MacBook Pro with no problem and no syncing

I used MobiKin to move 5000+ songs from my iPod Touch to my MacBook Pro because I did NOT want to sync them. The iCloud/Music app erased DECADES of songs I had put on my hard drive from CDs, old downloads, etc, and there was no functional way to move songs from one place to another without syncing. Moving the files with MobiKin was fast and easy.

They were very responsive and quick (thanks, Peter!) when I reached out to halt my subscription because I didn't feel like I'd need the product for more than a year. I am very grateful I was finally able to solve a two-year-long problem for just $30 and 15 minutes of my time!

scam big fat lie

scam big fat lie. I have a tablet was my nephew but its pin lock on there website says free (Android Unlock Software) but after download instead of a program it opens a website wanted me to by a program that is free. The program is 50 dollars. the tablet isn't worth it. I can get one off eBay for 25 unlock. The company is a fraud. They lied is enough to file a fraud case. I have screen shots. This website should be shut down

Terrible product

Terrible product. I looked at their detailed breakdown of transferring info from phone to phone across platforms. I found it very enticing but as with many things that seem too good to be true... it did not deliver on its promises. I bought the lifetime version of the product thinking it could help with future transfers (doh). Spoiler alert: it won't.

The product began transferring contacts and moved onto text messages. I had over 700 text message recipients to transfer and it got through 5 or 6 before it got stuck for an hour and a half. So much for a quick transfer as promised on their website. I was told to try transferring only text messages. It couldn't even get past the first one.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I'm in the process of attempting to get a refund and cancel any future payments.
