Coolmuster is a very useful and inexpensive program

Coolmuster is a very useful and inexpensive program that I use to transfer my iphone pictures. I had a little technical issue but they got back to me within 24 hours and solved it.

Excellent service

The 1st time I ordered IOS assistant I ended up with a 1 year (1 PC) license instead of a Lifetime licence. Contacted support and they got back to me extremely promptly with a full refund. Upon receiving my full refund I then managed to purchase a Lifetime license, but had an issue with it accepting the new Activation code but once again the support team came to my rescue in a very prompt & helpful manner so I was able to resolve the issue. Can't speak highly enough of their great service, which seems to be a bit of a rare commodity these days.

the freeware wants to share on…

the freeware wants to share on facebook etc, what is that about thanks to all for reply. i feel agrieved as i had given my email address before of being aware of having to twitter or facebook. i do not have these apps.

Happy with the software

Happy with the software, but thought I was buying a 1 year license, not a subscription. Was able to easily cancel the subscription with a single email. Marketing - not so great / customer support - outstanding.

Fast support

I experienced a problem when registrating the product. Although the process was thoroughly explained I had made a mistake with my e-mail adress which I wasn't aware of. The customer service was very fast, kind and helpful in this matter so that the problem was quickly solved. Thanks again!

Refund

Even though I was wrong, the company still refunded my subscription. That's very rare in today's market.

I tried to download the android…

I tried to download the android assistant and got as far as putting in my credit card number for the free trial, but then that screen disappeared and I couldn't find it. I want to cancel the free trial, but have no way of doing that.
