I needed to make some changes to my car insurance. Michael was very helpful, very thorough and mindful of security. There was no fuss, no attempt to persuade me to by unwanted extras. I felt that he listened, was clear and reassuring with answers, and basically made the whole process very easy.

Booked this only to see afterwards that is was not suitable for my husband as there were limits for his age..... why was this even offered therefore?

I have a co op Everyday account that it includes Travel Insurance.
I have medical conditions so called the insurance and went through my conditions and paid the premium for cover for 1 year.Months later
I had to go to my GP for diarrhoea and he took a sample to check no bugs. This on a Monday by Friday all cleared up but the test results not back. So as we were travelling on the Sunday I called the insurance to tell them I had been to the GP. As the test results we’re not back all my medical conditions that I had paid a premium for were suspended (not on cover) as I was now under investigation. This was late on a Friday flying to Canada and USA on the Sunday. It needed to go to the underwriters this would be possible Monday/ Tuesday. So is this insurance fit for purpose. I did get cover as my GP came up with the all clear test results. What if I didn’t travel would this insurance pay me loses. They will comment on her saying sorry get in touch. But they have upheld my complaint saying it’s in the T&C and to try to source alternative insurance via money and Pensions website. That’s a class insurance pull the plug just when you’re about to travel.

Easy website to use. I purchased travel insurance in 2024 so I thought I would try them again & they gave me a good quote.

You have got to be careful when choosing insurance. You want the the best for the cheapest price. Co Op gives you the big name and quality service. Well worth it.

For the last two years we used coop pet insurance for Lilly our Saluki cross, and hoped we would never need to claim, however in January this year Lilly became unwell and after a couple of vet visits she was diagnosed with liver cancer,
We were referred to Wear referrals animal hospital where they operated to remove Lilly’s tumour and later she had chemotherapy as a precautionary measure,
Before the treatment was completed our insurance policy was due to expire and although her medical bill was already massive COOP PET INSURANCE renewed her cover for another year and continued to pay for her treatment directly to the vetenary hospital,
Lilly was given the all clear in June and had three healthy months however she fell ill again and after tests they told us her cancer had returned and we decided that it would be kinder to let her go before she was in too much pain.
Once again COOP PET INSURANCE paid her vet bills without any quibble whatsoever,
Coop pet insurance were professional, efficient and extremely sympathetic throughout this whole process and made what was already a very emotional and stressful situation a lot simpler, I would highly recommend them to any pet owner,
On the odd occasion that I had to call them on the phone, there staff were absolutely fantastic.

As a previous hopefully returning, after a break, customer I got a quote for home insurance, there quote was much higher than the competition so I asked for a re-quote taking out accidental cover to make it like for like - the quote went UP by 50% not down. Now two weeks later I get an email with a £140 welcome deal. Does this mean the third quote would go up by £150.00.
