Tajma the young African American woman only describing her as I’m unsure if I spelt her name right but I just have to say she is the most sweetest and sincere and helpful as my mother’s adjuster hadnt been helpful in this situation her car was removed stolen and found abandoned and was Impound and taken there and his efforts to remedy it were slimand she helped as much as she could and gave us a water bottle because of how hot it was outside

Co Part ,where they have the monopoly on the majority of Salvage, they can manipulate the bidding live on Auction, I use the word, Auction loosely ,they know exactly when you’re watching and how many people are bidding on that lot and will interact to raise that bid that on that vehicle against you, if they don’t get what they want, they will end the auction without a bonus time ,as you expected it to ,only to reschedule the listing again, this happened several times so they can find out the maximum what they can expect to get bid on that item. then to add insult to injury when you do finally manage to win a bid, they will contact you and then increase the price again ,as they say the seller would like this for it ,(sold on app approval).!, on top of that there is then an additional ridiculous amount of (fees) more money , by the time you’ve bought the vehicle ,repaired it and it’s categorized as a N or S you could probably buy a car that is straight for the same money,💰 we need somebody like dispatches to investigate Co Part from the inside out and expose their greedy ways .

This company has become one of the large auction sale companies because it was one of the first ones, not for quality services, they abuse their fee, charge the seller 3% + 89 dollar on the final price, and charge the buyer $1,000 or more for each car, is this legal? Why pay Copart? There are more options in the market to buy auction cars these days.
Car claim followed by poor communication and being time wasted
Copart took my car away on behalf of my insurance when i made a claim, all good for them collecting it and the collection was delayed and their service called and said sorry. All good to this point. Then my claim was settled and copart dealt with letting me know the valuation of the car and the next steps. I said i wanted to keep the car. My insurance let me know its closed and sorted, that was 26/02/2026, I hadn't heard anything back from so i spoke to my insurance and they said will be delivered Friday 13th but still nothing from Copart! Wednesday I have a missed call from Cash for Cars which googling is part of Copart trying to buy my care. It was agreed I was to keep the vehicle and accept the 30% reduction for keeping it, it turns out my car is being held hostage for them to try and rip me off. I was offered £300 for my car that when written off and i kept was reduced by £800 so not only is my car held hostage i am having my time wasted. I will now have to wait for another section of this company to sort my car return if they ever will. I couldn't ask the man from Cash for Cars as he hung up as soon as i said no. Unfortunatley my insurance and others use this dreadful company so cant really avoid for claims

Need a lot of work on their customer service skills
The customer service with this company is horrible they tend to lie even when they don't have a reason to lie and it took me over a month to pick up license plates left on my towed car because the told my agent my claim adjustors told them to mail them which was untrue and people with this company just kept telling untruths. When I went to pick them up was given the runaround before finally receiving some plates I need to check them to see if they are even my plates The eorst experience ever.

Copart is a Money pit as a use to be long term investor
This app is outrageous I recommend them to people and they are charging for everything like spirit airlines!!!!
They charge to view live auctions and put it in a watch cart they had $59 yearly fees increased to $100 on top of that you pay the extensive Purchase fees at this point i recommend people to go on Facebook or seek other options Copart is not the place anymore
They don't have an email address- Very poorly organized company
The company requests documentation from you that must be sent physically by mail. Any electronic documents must be printed and shipped by FedEx. They lie to you and tell you they will accept electronic documents, then complain because it isn't on paper multiple weeks later. Their company doesn't own a printer. Don't trust them. Probably a scam.
Beware of deceptive practices
I have been buying vehicles for years now at Copart and they have progressively getting worse. Car descriptions are inaccurate. They often hide information that should be listed such as mechanical damage. Recently purchased an F-150 that was listed as run and drive with front and rear damage. Vehicle was clearly in a major flood and the engine had a hole in number 7 cylinder. I have seen them run a vehicle on an auction and then change the description and re run it a week later omitting information from the previous listing. Beware.

Sold a car that the said ‘Engine starts’ on their advert. This was not the case at all. It arrived with a completely seized engine, a hole in the battery, major oil leak, major coolant leak and sludge all in the exhaust pipes! Engine would smoke when you tried to start it (would not start).
Sent proof of all of this to the complaints department who couldn’t care less. Took absolutely no responsibility. £9k gone.

Copart is Misleading
Wanted to bid on a vehicle and don't have a business license. Customer service told me I have to register as "individual no business license " but will be forced to use a "broker" in order to bid since I don'thave a business license regardless of what kind of business-I can't bid myself. So, it's misleading because now you have to pay a broker to bid for you. Why? Just the way it is so....bs for me.
Service is too slow
Tried to get a delivery arranged for my car, they told me it will take 5-10 working days, that’s absolutely ridiculous, then I tried to arrange a collection in my own expense who I got someone with recovery to go there and collect my car on my behalf, but even with that they told me that they can’t arrange the same day delivery!
Like this is my car all I need is collecting it, why do you have to give me days for that.

I work w an insurance company. I had to contact Copart about a client's auto that had not been released. Ms. Taiylor L. went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon about 4pm. She could have played it off, but she did all she could to help the client. She is one of the best I have talked to in forever! 5 Stars!

Meidän kokemuksemme mukaan tässä on toimintatapa, jossa asiakasta ajetaan väkisin lunastukseen, prosessia venytetään ja auton omistaja joutuu jatkuvasti juoksemaan perässä ja taistelemaan itsestäänselvistä asioista.
Faktat ja aikajana:

Tämän ja lunastussopimuksen välillä Corpart Suomi Oy:n vahingontarkastaja jankutti ja viivytti asiaa kohtuuttomasti: meille esitettiin jatkuvasti uusia vaatimuksia, uusia “syitä” ja muuttuvia perusteita, mikä venytti käsittelyn kuukausiksi ja johti siihen, että korvausprosessi käytännössä jumitettiin. Tämä on ollut meille myös kallista ajanhukkaa – olemme käyttäneet tähän valtavasti aikaa ja energiaa pelkkään perässä juoksemiseen.
Lunastussopimus allekirjoitettu: 30.01.2026.
Korvaus edelleen maksamatta: 04.02.2026.
Tämä on ollut meille täysin kohtuutonta. Olemme lähettäneet sähköposti sähköpostin perään ja pyytäneet selkeää, kirjallista aikataulua – silti vastaukset viipyvät ja eteneminen on ollut poikkeuksellisen hidasta. Vastausta voi joutua odottamaan viikkoja, ja kokonaisuus on ollut epäammattimainen ja kuormittava.
Me ilmoitimme alusta asti selkeästi, että haluamme auton ensisijaisesti korjattavaksi. Meillä ei ole aikaa eikä mahdollisuutta olla kuukausia ilman ratkaisua. Tästä huolimatta asiaa vietiin voimakkaasti lunastuksen suuntaan. Ongelma on, että lunastus ei ole edennyt reilulla tavalla eikä hinnalla, joka vastaisi auton todellista arvoa ja siihen tehtyjä isoja rahallisia panostuksia. Meille jäi vahva käsitys, että tavoitteena on lunastaa autot alakanttiin ja minimoida korvaus auton omistajan kustannuksella.
Kaikkein pahin kohta: meille annettiin ymmärtää “allekirjoittakaa lunastussopimus ja viekää auto” – ja kun toimimme näin, vasta sen jälkeen alkoi tulla uusia vaatimuksia ja ehtoja. Kun sopimus ja luovutus oli jo tehty, alettiin esittää uusia syitä, miksi rahoja pidätetään, miksi maksua viivytetään tai miksi korvaussummaa yritetään vielä alentaa. Tämä tuntui asiakkaan testaamiselta ja jatkuvalta vääntämiseltä – niin, että korvaus venyy kuukausiksi ja asiakkaan jaksaminen loppuu. Kokonaisuus antaa kuvan, että prosessia venytetään ja ehtoja muutetaan tarkoituksella niin, että auton omistaja väsyy ja tyytyy heikompaan lopputulokseen.
Lisäksi on täysin kohtuutonta, että vaikka heillä oli kuukausia aikaa tarkistaa auto ja vahinko ennen lunastusta – ja tarkastuksia tehtiin myös heidän osoittamissa korjaamoissa, joiden toiminta vaikutti yhtä epäammattimaiselta kuin Corpart Suomi Oy:n vahingontarkastajien toiminta – mutta silti lopussa vedotaan auton kuntoon vasta maksun hetkellä. Jos jokin yksityiskohta oli olennainen, se olisi pitänyt kertoa aikoja sitten – ei jälkeenpäin.
Meille jäi vahva vaikutelma, että tämä yritys tekee vakuutusyhtiöiden puolesta “likaiset työt” – käytännössä painaa lunastuksia alas, venyttää korvauksia ja vie auton omistajan kohtuuttomaan tilanteeseen. Tämä tuntuu vielä epäoikeudenmukaisemmalta, koska me emme aiheuttaneet vahinkoa – vastapuoli kolaroi meidän automme – ja silti me olemme joutuneet maksumiehen asemaan ja juoksemaan perässä kuin olisimme tehneet jotain väärää.
Koko prosessi on ollut epäselvä, hidas ja meidän näkökulmastamme auton arvoa vähättelevä. Tällainen asiakkaiden rökittäminen, aliarviointi ja kohtuuttoman hidas korvauskäsittely ei ole hyväksyttävää. Corpart Oy:n vahingontarkastajat ovat olleet koko prosessin ajan jatkuvia saivartelijoita, ja kokonaisuus on ollut meille täysin sietämätön.
Tämä on yksi huonoimmista yrityksistä ja huonoimmista asiointikokemuksista, joihin olemme törmänneet – yksi huonommista yrityksistä maan päällä. Emme luota tähän toimintaan emmekä voi suositella kenellekään. Jos joudutte asioimaan tämän yrityksen kanssa: dokumentoikaa kaikki, pitäkää kaikki kirjallisena, älkää luottako suullisiin lupauksiin ja varautukaa siihen, että joudutte juoksemaan perässä.
Pian joudumme viemään asian eri viranomaisille. Riidaton lunastusosuus on vakuutusyhtiön oman kannan mukaan selvä ja sovittu (asiasta on puhuttu jo ennen lunastusta puhelimitse ja sähköpostitse, ja se ilmenee myös lunastussopimuksesta). Jos maksua edelleen viivytetään tai pidätetään, me viemme asian eteenpäin viranomaisille ja teemme toiminnasta ilmoitukset. Me emme hyväksy senttiäkään alennusta ei edes riidattomasta osasta.
Tämä jatkuva venkoilu ja viivyttely on saatava loppumaan.
