The filtering service is probably the best I have experienced for a Job website. And you get to be able to contact companies directly. Unfortunately, at times, representatives of those companies may not do a good job representing their companies well. But this isn't the website's fault. It is just how people can sometimes be. Cord actually provides a way to report when companies or their personnel are not being professional, which is another great feature they have.

All in all, Cord is one of the best recruitment websites I have used.

I really enjoy using Cord's platform, because it promotes transparency with hiring managers and salaries. Instead of having to answer generic questions, I can contact hiring managers directly, which has made a big difference in my job search. Additionally, because I know what salary and benefits a company is offering from the beginning, it helps save time on both sides.

Good to connect directly with companies, who are better at evaluating the candidates - also for candidates bypassing agencies, who sometimes unfairly filter candidates. Nice platform which gives out all the details as in salaries, interview stages, role, tech stack etc. Overall a win-win combination for candidates, employers!

Cord has been the only reliably useful job site I've tried so far. Almost all companies respond within a week. Reach outs are much better targeted than LinkedIn.
