Cord provides a direct link to internal company recruiters, showing their response rate. This helps to prevent ghosting with almost every enquiry getting a reply.
I've had more job application responses and interviews via Cord than any other job board. Can't ask for more than that!

The direct-to-company chat option feels like it's fixed what's largely broken with most online applications. Most roles seem to post salary ranges, which is also fantastic.

There are many interesting job listings
There are many interesting job listings, both external and direct. I found some great opportunities at startups.
A feature I've frequently used is the message templates, which make interactions with hiring managers much easier and more straightforward.
However, I would love to have options for sorting jobs by posting date or the date they were last checked.

Gone downhill since I last used them. They are obviously struggling so allow agencies to use the site now, which defeats the whole purpose of cord.

The reason we decided to allow agency recruiters on cord is to vet them, ensure they adhere to our morals and standards, and ultimately provide more opportunities for people like yourself on cord. On cord, agencies have strict rules they must adhere to, so they are not predatory as they can come across on other sites. For us, it was a way to achieve the best of both worlds - more positions at high cord standards.
