East of Ordering
The process is fairly easy to order DiSC assessments and reports. Since I order items that are technically sent electronically, I find the step on shipping to be a bit unnecessary.

Thank you for your review! We definitely agree that the step for shipping is not needed for those placing orders for electronically issue products. We have to keep that option in the checkout process for the time being because we do have some items that are available via paper like DiSC paper profiles, facilitation kits, textbooks etc that require shipping. Maybe one day we will be able to filter those electronic orders and remove that option. We will certainly look into it and see what we can do. Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for your feedback Dee. You are right. Shipping rates have been on the rise recently. Please understand that our shipping quotes are looked up automatically from the FedEx and USPS websites. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over their rates. We’ve explored alternate providers in an effort to provide the best available options for our customers. I can tell you with 100% certainty that we are using the best rates we can find.
Also, we only use shipping options where packages can be tracked and insured. Due to the nature of our products, and our customers, alternate methods such as USPS Media Mail are not sufficient. Packages often take too long to be delivered and they cannot be guaranteed to arrive. They also cannot be insured. If a package gets lost in the mail, we lose that inventory without any means to recover the costs. I realize these options can make shipping costs a little more expensive, but we really do choose options based on what will work best for our customers.
Yes, you are right. The first page of the paper DiSC Classic Profile is the assessment. The top of the assessment page says, “See instructions on page 3” but the text is a little on the small side. I will forward your remarks to the design team to see if they can increase the font size to make it easier for people to see.

Corexcel disc assessment is a great tool and I would use it again for my new team members and highly recommend it. The problem was in getting the links to people in my group both times that I placed online order. Had to call and email (multiple times) and wait for my team to get the online links. It was time wasted in the process.

We offer several options to our customers on how they wish to receive their access codes. In your particular case, there is customization being done to your reports to add some extra graphs that most of our customers no longer use. That customization involves us managing the reports for you, which is absolutely no problem at all, but does require us to wait for a list of participants to send the reports to and manually email those for you. If there is anything else we can do to help make this process any easier for you, please don't hesitate to ask.

I enjoyed viewing my personality type and seeing how best I could communicate with my team members. I am also aware this this test does not take away from the human experience of real communication. You cannot just take this test and say that you know the person with a personality style.

Even though we prepared extensively for our interviews, we still felt like something was missing in the interview process.
