I really enjoyed viewing my personality type and seeing how best I could communicate with my team members. I am also aware this this test does not take away from the human experience of real communication. You cannot just take this test and say that you know the person with a personality style.

I retired in 2015 and work part-time…
I retired in 2015 and work part-time with a small Insurance Agency. In my previous employment we were exposed to DISC on several occasions and I found it helpful in working with my piers. I wanted to share this behavior profile with my co-workers to encourage and to celebrate our differences. It was fun watching each of them learn about themselves as well as their co-workers. Everyone enjoyed the interaction between each other and were surprised to find that many of them shared similar or the same profile. It was interesting for me to see the difference in profiles from a social service agency that I retired in to a completive insurance market that I currently work.

The postage options were overpriced
The postage options were overpriced. I could have paid regular mail costs instead of over $11 as my cheapest option.

I definitely feel your pain. Shipping costs are continuing to rise and we’re all paying higher prices. At Corexcel, we’ve been working to counteract high shipping costs with online product versions, where appropriate.
Our shipping quotes come directly from automated USPS/FedEx rate lookups. You are right that there are cheaper shipping options. We do not offer them because first class mail does not allow for tracking and media mail often takes 3+ weeks for delivery. Neither of these are acceptable for most of our customers.
We hope that your purchase arrived as scheduled and met your expectations. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Corexcel.
The user interface isn't great
The user interface isn't great. I find all the clicking to be annoying and the pages don't always load/keep up with me.

This is not true. The IACET website lists currently accredited providers and is always up to date. https://www.iacet.org/
I’m reasonably sure I know where the confusion lies.
Corexcel used to offer an option for students to earn college credit through a community college. This was only available after they’d met the requirements for a CEU certificate. Students paid an additional $504 fee to the college and had to sit through another 100-question exam. In April 2019 we decided to discontinue the college credit option because the college’s requirements were simply too much for our students.
We know that it can be a frustrating process trying to find a course that meets all requirements mandated by individual schools and programs, so we try our best to ensure that our course accreditation is transparent and available on our website at all times. Here is a link: https://www.corexcel.com/html/ap_accreditation.htm. We also advise all students to send our course syllabus to the school they are looking to attend for approval.
We do apologize that your program did not accept the CEUs we offer students upon completion. Please let us know if there is any other way we can help at all.
