My contacts at Corexcel have bent over backwards to help me out. I'm truly grateful for their support. The Wiley DISC portal, however, is less than intuitive. I continue to have questions and troubles with maneuvering the "My EPIC" administration system, but the Corexcel folks have been very helpful in answering my questions.

I would really give 4.5 stars if that was a choice. The course I am taking (A&P) is very good. Sometimes the assessments are out of order, but overall it is a great course. Really helpful.

I had signed up for Fundamentals of…
I had signed up for Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology. Unless you need the college credit or certificate, this course is pointless. It is just the printed version of the book that goes along with it. I was only able to get a 25% refund on it. What a waste of money

I'm sorry you feel that way about the course. It was intentionally designed to cover the concepts outlined in the textbook. I think you'll find that most courses that use a textbook, follow the concepts contained in the book. While some of the reading in the course is taken directly from the textbook, purchasing the books is completely optional. We do our best to say that in several places on our website. We also offer purchase options with and without the textbook, study guide and dictionary.
The online course includes games, practice exercises, practice tests, animations, pronunciation clips and exams that cannot be done with the textbook alone. The online course includes a PDF copy of the textbook which is another reason we make the books optional. Many of our students prefer to read offline and then login to do the games, exercises etc. Other students want the books to keep as reference material when their access to the course expires. Others purchase the course by itself and complete everything online. We try to offer options for everyone.
I'm really sorry you felt the course was pointless. It typically receives exceptional reviews from the students who complete the course. Some of them can be seen on this page. If you would like to take a 2nd look we would be more than happy to restore your access.

The lessons are easy to move through. Very educariinal class. I had a little confusion about the scoring and populating of the scores. I found Coexcel to be a good program.

Transparent and easy to use
Platform is easy to use with tools to manage learning. I found the user reviews very helpful in making the decision to enroll. I also appreciated the option to add on additional materials like textbooks. Just started the Anatomy & Physiology …
Just started the Anatomy & Physiology and my biggest hold up is maneuvering around the course. Could be set up more intuitively. Also, note that when you sign up for a course you will not automatically be sent a link to begin. If it is after hours or on the weekend you must wait until someone from the office actually sends you something. There is no place on the website to immediately begin the course for which you have paid. A little surprising that the whole system isn't more updated. Hopefully will not have any more problems. Too bad if not because they immediately keep 55% of your tuition if you have any thoughts of changing your mind after you sign up.
INITIALLY GAVE 3 STARS BUT I REALLY VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I APPRECIATE THAT THEY RESPONDED AND SO QUICKLY. UPDATED TO 4 STARS. THANKS!
