Efficient service engineer - costly !!
The service engineer was friendly polite and efficient. Central heating boiler serviced in 15 - 20 minutes.
However I’m not sure this is worth £252 a year.

Within less than 4 hours of my reporting the problem, the engineer was contacted, he attended and repaired the fault immediately preventing what could have become a very expensive problem from occuring. The respone and level of service was outstanding. Thank you.

Had cover for quite a few years now
Had cover for quite a few years now. Over all pretty good experience with the engineers .Word of advice though. I'm not a "read the small print kind of guy" but I suggest you do so. I found out the hard way I wasn't covered for something...Which was annoying
