We received our gas firepit glass guard 5 days after ordering. We love it and glad we purchased it. Was a little skeptical when I did not receive a shipping notice and could not talk to customer service but they answered my email promptly. Very pleased with our purchase.

I'm in the process of building a linear fire pit and need some advice on the different types of burners and their connections. The service person I talked to was very helpful, he gave me all kinds of do's and don'ts on installing my burner. His help and advice was very much appreciated!

I ordered white starfire glass for our fireplace. Was anxious to get it in. Picked it up and opened it and it is reflective glass. Uggh. not what I ordered. Now I have hassle of trying to get it changed out. Also won't have it for all the people coming over for Easter, which was our goal. Very disappointed.

I purchased here because there was a 2 day guarantee on time shipping but it was 7 days before the shipped received it therefore causing me to reschedule my install.No one even contacted me to to let me know it was going to be late no apologizes nothing not a good experience.

I ordered two fireplaces and needed one of them within 2 weeks. I was informed by a customer service representative that receiving it within 2 weeks would be impossible due to personnel issues at the manufacturer, so he refunded me the cost of the one fireplace so that I could purchase it elsewhere. I thought it was great that he was willing to give me my money back without hesitation. I kept the order for the second fireplace because I didn't need it as quickly, and it was delivered without problem. The customer service representative kept in touch with me the entire time.

We ordered the 1/2 inch Cooper Reflective American Fireglass and it is beautiful in our outdoor fire pit. The price was the best we could find on the web. Customer service notified us later that the glass was out of stock and offered to provide another glass that was actually more expensive. We elected to keep our original order and it was back in stock and delivered very quickly. We are very pleased with the product and service!

I ordered Fireballs. Yes, there is such a thing. The product is from Rasmussen, and the quality met the expectation. The pricing was fantastic, but the service from Cornerstone was the unknown.They exceeded my expectations. I received constant updates about my order and the product was delivered before the due date. Yes, I would buy from Cornerstone again.

The product arrived on time and was good quality

We had a 15 year old Portland Williamette gas log set in which the burner was not working and the ceramic logs were in poor condition. After speaking with the sales rep / owner, Spero , he was able to sell us a new burner at a great price. Since PM has a lifetime warranty on the ceramic logs, Spero was able to get us a replacement set of logs for free. We had tried to do the same thing at a local dealer and they would not return our calls. Spero could have done the same or try to sell us a new set of logs. Instead he took that extra step and put the customer first rather than the bottom line. I will always recommend or use CM&F for any of our future needs! Thanks again Spero!

Ordered on 12/17, shipped on 12/29. It was a direct ship from manufacturer but I received the request for feedback email before it even shipped. Looking forward to a great product but disappointed on the slow ship and lack of communication by the company.

I waited 2 days just to get an email saying the item was out of stock and on back order for a few months, the item showed as in stock and buyable and allowed me to check out with it. Very poor and shady business practice.
