Cornerstone Mantels & Fire Reviews

Love the long-burning glow and subtle warmth that comes from the fireplace. Easy to operate and clean. No chemical or fuel smells fill the house after using.

These folks have a great product with a lot of variety to choose from. Ordering was EASY and the shipping was FAST!

Full range of colors for fire glass and best prices. Ours was back ordered for a long time but I am guessing that it would have been no matter where we would have gotten it from. Friendly service on the phone and lots of apologies for the delay. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I received my 'Fire Table' early this spring, didn't get it up and running due to many projects in the que.
Once set up LOVED it! Blends very nicely with my outdoor setting, looks stunning in the evening! Many, Many compliments received.
Thank You!

Good products and excellent initial contact. Very informative and helpful.. Trouble is that my order has never been completed! I've emailed and recieved responses but as of yet I have not recieved all the products I paid for!! I'd honestly given up. I figured I'd have to chalk this one up to experience. What happens now will determine two things... my future business and the real quality of the company.. We'll see huh

Beautiful piece of furniture and not that difficult to put together. I did it myself in one afternoon. The only downside if the media space directly above the Fire box, with the pull down window/door, is not very high. I have an older DVD player that is too high to fit. I was due for an updated one anyway. I would recommend this product!!!

Cornerstone Mantels has great prices on the Fireglass and burners. I called with some technical questions and got answers to all the questions I asked plus some important suggestions.
Thanks!

Nice quality products

You know how it is anymore. Companies are like a different species and the humans that work for them are like programmed machines. This is a company with real people working there! I have purchased a few items from Cornerstone Mantels & Fire. The people I spoke to (yes, real people) were able to look up what I previously ordered so that I could pick out the correct add on that I needed. In a day and age of corporations pretending to be people, this is a company that has actual, intelligent people on their team. So refreshing!

I have gotten the "wow" factor of outside gas torches on four pillars from all guests to my home. The company made the sale well and fulfilled the order well.

We were redoing our fireplace and I had no idea where to get a mantel. So I just typed. Mantels and googled it. Found the one I loved! Just match every thing our tile. Then I looked on the other web sites and they were higher priced for ugly mantels. I placed my order and the mantel was on my porch!! That was 3 days !! I would not hesitate to order again!!!

Great products, service and received my order fast. I have been purchasing ethanol fuel and all of my fire pit products from Cornerstone. They have an incredibly knowledgeable staff and helped me design my entire outdoor room. The amount of time they spent with me was amazing. And, they helped point out ways that I could save allot of money. I would have spent about $1,000 more if I went with another company. Highly recommend.

I ordered a grill, got a fair price, and quick delivery, and used the bill me later option with PayPal. Grill was mostly preassembled and easy to set up. There were some screws missing on the rotisserie assembly, and George responded asap to my email and sent replacements. Later, when under warranty the side light broke and the igniter failed, once again, an immediate email acknowledgement and the parts showed up. I will definitely repeat as a customer.

When I finally got in touch (after about 50 phone calls) with Cornerstone, I had the best experience speaking with Spero. He is knowledgeable and he very calmly answered all my questions and gave me all the advice I needed. Return of too much fire glass was not a problem. Now I'm just waiting for a refund.
