Excellent customer service. I had a small issue and they responded immediately.

My order has not arrived and to my knowledge after numerous phone calls hasn't even shipped??? As i said I own Blue Martini in Las Vegas and was planning on purchasing numerous pits and have paid someone to install this and coordinated the delivery and installation that was supposed to be done Friday?? Please let me know what the status is!

Still haven't received my order- 13459-, and no one from customer service returns calls or emails. I just want a shipping update. I'm sure their product will be of the same quality if I ever receive it. I'm in retail, so not asking for much.

Wide selection of outside fire pits. Better prices than all the other sites I look at.

I have been looking for fire glass for a while but couldn't justify spending the extra money when I already had some of the rocks that came with the fire pit. I wanted a more sophisticated look but the cost of the first glass was out of my budget. I stumbled upon Cornerstone Mantels & Fire while looking at the American Fire Glass website. I am so glad I did because I was able to get the glass I wanted at a very reasonable price! Thank you! It looks great in my fire pit and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be back when I need more.

Spero has helped me not only with the amount of fireglass, for my outdoor firepit this summer, but how to minimize costs constructing, gave me free samples to help with the decision-making, and now that I am doing my indoor fireplace gave me the same one on one help. I love my outdoor firepit, and can hardly wait till the new fireplace is finished. They have very competitive prices and I received my order in less than a week. I did not even shop around after doing my first fireglass "project" - I went directly to them. I am a Real Estate agent, homeowner, and trying to make this cost efficient, which they helped me do.

I ordered my mantel 11 days ago. My credit card was charged and just yesterday I finally got some king of idea when it was arriving. A little more information would be nice.

The stones look amazing. I can't wait to install them and enjoy the look of our new updated modern fireplace!

As advertised. Very happy with the product (48"x6" linear pan drop in and reflective fire glass). Now, time to enjoy!

You are asking for our review and we can yet to receive the product. I am concerned because our credit card has been billed for the product !! I have called and left a message, but no response yet!!!

Received what I ordered. Had trouble when I pre-assembled the spark starter. Had a quick response from customer service - but had corrected the problem myself before the return call. Thanks for the quick response!

American fire glass sent the wrong item. Called Cornerstone, spoke with Spero who checked on order. Spero sent me an email the same day telling me that my correct order would be rush shipped and to keep item I was sent. I will be back for more fire glass since I'm in the process of purchasing a new fire pit table.

Product is Outstanding. I did experiance a lot of issues with delivery and promises of delivery; however, it works and looks great!!

Cornerstone has very friendly and knowledgable employees. They answered all of my questions and the delivery was very fast!

As soon as I placed my order someone called to make sure I was ordering the right side burner for my grill. Very good customer service. It was nice to know they wanted to make sure my order was right before shipping
